Excellent varieties of food… olives, various types of cheeses, fruit varieties! And the fact that they kept replenishing them as more guests came to eat…delicious and tasty!

The location of this hotel was just perfect, we were close - walking distance- to many attractions..also the tram, ferry was close..in the area were many restaurants, pasteries and shops. The room had sufficient size and I appreciated the magnifying mirror in the bathroom :) Unfortunately, right after arrival we were sent to a different hotel for the first night - the second hotel provided was a lower category and it is pretty uncomfortable not to be able to unpack and than pack again everything in the morning to move back again..breakfast was ok, but probably I would appreciate a wider variety of fresh fruits..capuccino in the hotel - drink rather something else :)

The staff were very kind and helpful. The hotel has a 24-hour reception with friendly receptionists, and the location is excellent, which are definite plus points. The duty manager, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was also very kind and professional. Breakfast was good, though not exceptional. Our room was very small for a triple room, we could barely walk inside the room. The third bed ( sofa bed) was not comfy. The bathroom and shower could be cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay at Antusa Palace Hotel. The location was excellent — close to all the major attractions in Istanbul and perfect for exploring the area. The hotel and our room were very clean, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were also pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a deluxe double room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Arslan at the front office, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He recommended a Bosphorus sunset cruise, and it ended up being one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended!

It was clean The window view was awful, The location itself is in the center, but taxis hard to get there as it is on the hill, so you need to walk with bags quite lot

Restaurant downstairs and deluxe Turkish spa experience were definite plus. Even better were the friendly staff. They also helped us book airport transfers to and from both airports. Can’t think of anything.

I liked the staff, the huge breakfast. Arslan offered me coffe early at 04:30, when I needed to leave.

The room was cozy, with nice décor with French style glass door-No city view. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. 1 minute walk to the Sultanahmet station street car and loads of alley restaurants. I requested a quiet room during the booking process. The assigned room had an internal door that joins with another hotel room - walls holds little or no sound secrets. Noise from the adjoining room an hallway. Not a quiet night sleep for a 2-day stay. Bed headwall was against the bathroom of the other room which was also noisy. A water leak in the bath was unsuccessfully fixed on the first day attempt.

The location and the staff were very friendly. Arslan at the reception was very nice. I think it was a little small my room but anyways I could it handle it

The facilities and the staff. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Considering it’s very centrally located it still a few meters away from the main streets therefore very quiet which is really good. Arnslam at the reception was so helpful and kind. The location is very central if you’re interested in Hagia Sofia and the blue mosque. Additionally the tram is a few meters away hence getting around is really convenient. A good value for money. Nothing

Very clean and well located A bit noisy at times

Breakfast okay. Location fabulous. We asked the front desk to get us a taxi. We ended up being overcharged by 5 Times the amount. When I complained, the clerk who had called the taxi refused to take responsibility.
