Close to major attractions. Property had an elevator. Kind staff. Simple breakfast, but plentiful. Small room to sleep 3 people. My room was not available upon check in. My family and I were moved to a comparable hotel across the street. I was told my room would be ready the next morning, which it wasn't. Tracking luggage back and forth was a hassle.

The hotel and its staff were the best thing about this trip. I had my daughter who was solo traveling and was so excited to experience Istanbul however she had an incident that had made her feel unsafe, I called the hotel to set-up activities with transportation. The hotel staff was very empathetic, surprised and helped set- up what she needed. They checked in with her the time she was there. They helped her communicate with her airport transportation even after she had checked out. They even told her not to let the bad experience be what she remembered about Istanbul. I will be forever grateful for all of them. My daughter is 20 years old and is going to school in Spain and she has not had a bad experience traveling around the last 6 months. We will be coming back to Istanbul together spring of 2027 so we can do all the things she didn't get to do and we will be staying at the Aristocrat Hotel! The hotel staff, the food and the bed was the best thing about her trip. There was not anything I did not.

The location couldn’t be better. The complimentary breakfast on the rooftop was exceptional with an amazing view of the Blue Mosque and Bosporus. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul. Nothing! Everything was great.

The view from the balcony was amazing but make sure to ask for a sea view to get this room . It has two single and one queen bed and very spacious. Location was amazing. Nothing

Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, there were a couple of issues. One evening the Wi-Fi was unavailable for several hours, which was inconvenient. Additionally, our room was not cleaned on one of the days during our stay. Despite these minor setbacks, we still appreciated the incredible view and the hotel’s prime location.

Great location, wonderful staff, delicious breakfast - will definitely stay here again. Our room has the view of the Blue Mosque. Walking distance to the major sights. The breakfast room is on the top floor with great views of the water, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. Our room has hood soundproofing as we didn’t hear any noise from the streets. The breakfast spread is huge and has hot and cold local dishes as well as standard European items.

Location is in the heart if Sultanahmet, but opposite from tram station so it is more quiet. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices and all food is very tasty. The restaurant has view of Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia.

You cannot beat the location, wonderful staffs -very supportive and cordial.

I was extremely disappointed upon arrival. The hotel entrance was completely unacceptable and looked nothing like a proper hotel. It resembled a cheap one-night stay or a residential building rather than a professional hotel entrance. This was very misleading and far below expectations.

Size of the room too small and the roof top restaurant for breakfast it’s ok but if you traveling with a senior person most likely can not go up there to eat because they need to use stairs
