The location. Easy transportation, close to tram sto and sites. Hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this place before and recommended it to others. The front desk person was so nice and helpful. We were tired when arrived, he helped us order food for delivery. Also, since we were only staying one night and would not have breakfast, they packed a small bag for us to take with us. Our room was facing the street. You hear everything (cars, talking, cleaning)Next time, I would request a different room ( I was only staying one night). The hotel is down a steep hill. If you have issues walking, this might not he a good choice for you.

The front desk person was amazing and extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us order dinner. He was also helpful in getting items that i needed. Also, since we were not able to get breakfast in the morning, he packed to go bags for us and take to the airport. Our room was facing the front of the hotel which was noisy. If we were staying more than one night, I would have requested a different room.

Perfectly located, walking distance to key Istanbul attractions! Clean, spacious and comfortable with great breakfast included,ac, and an elevator. Close to multiple restaurants, public transit, grocery and other shopping stores. Private airport transportation available through property. Staff very friendly.

The receptionists were really helpful and nice. Especially Salem and we really appreciate it. Breakfast was delicious Room was spacious Towels smelled so good I'd totally recommend this hotel

Their photos showed a wonderful roof deck with a meal., reason we selected the hotel, but the deck was filthy with bird poop and deserted. The location is good, but it is on a small commercial street with poor steps to the street.

The photos are definitely from a while ago. There is no breakfast on the terrace (!). A lot of noice in the room.

The hotel overall was good. Breakfast is turkish style, they cleaned the room everyday, and the location was perfect. Everything was good.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location is perfect — close to everything yet quiet enough to relax. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Overall, I was truly impressed by the service and atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. nothing can affected my stay
