Askoc Hotel ve Spa

The room was very small and had low ceilings, it was not clean, the towels were very old, the curtains were also dirty, the floor was damaged.

Breakfast was very good. Bed comfy. Location perfect. The reception guys were helpful. Everything was very good. No sound isolation between rooms...

Its location, its staff,its cleanliness. The spa pool and haman were brilliant. The staff of the spa were lovely and Ida was amazing at massage The breakfast was not to our taste

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is in the heart of the city, major attractions like Topkapi and Hagia Sophia are within 10 minutes walk, there are many caffes and restaurants around. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday. Price was affordable. The hotel needs renovating, the rooms are too small and have a moldy smell, beds are relatively old in some rooms, sound isolation was terrible and worst of all hotels I ever stayed in. Sauna wasn't able to get hot. Breakfast was OK but nothing special.

Staff was wonderful at all hours. It had a great location and places to eat were close by. The room was nice. A little small for 2 people and 4 pieces of luggage. We had to take turns opening our large suitcases. I also requested a room with a tub and was a little sad that was not available

Askoc hotel is very well located hotel in Istanbul. If you want to discover the city, this is best option. Aya Sofia, Sultan Ahmed, Basilic and etc. all well known places are walkable distance. Also metro and tram is near, I walked Galata tower also by walk. Location is great!

My staying in the hotel was excellent. Thanks for free sauna and swimming pool. It's very relaxing after busy day in Istanbul. The hotel is located in the very center. Nearby is the Marmaray station, but you can't hear the trains at all! The room was cleaned well. Bed linen and towels were changed every day. Evening administrator Akin helped to solve all the issues with early check-out. The room had a wonderful view of the Bosphorus. Breakfasts are delicious. If I come to Istanbul again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

This was my second time staying there, so it's obviously very good. Good location, easy to get around, close to the tram stop, excellent service and staff, good breakfast, and exemplary cleanliness.

The hotel is located in the most perfect location within walking distance from the tram station which makes it easier to move around and avoid taxis. We liked the spa area and the swimming pool. The staff were so helpful and very nice. I stayed at this hotel for the first time in 2022 and a lot has changed. Back then everything seemed more new than it was now. The rooms were extremely cold and when I turned on the heating a very awful smell came out from the ventilators. The rooms and the bathroom weren’t clean enough as last time which was disappointing.

The staff were unfriendly, and the single beds were uncomfortable. The hotel is overpriced, especially considering there are many excellent nearby options with better amenities and friendlier staff at a lower price. I was very disappointed with the service and will not be returning. Not worth the money, especially with the lack of basic amenities like an iron.

Location Service room The water in the pool was a bit cold. The lights didn't work in the pool. you can't talk your coffee is limited only from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. unlike in other hotels 24 hours a day
