Excellent location for old town, close to most touristic attractions. Room had a good size, with conditioning. Very clean. There was a good choice for the breakfast. Irfan at the front desk was very friendly and supportive! He provided high quality service, assisting with early check-in, accommodating in an upgraded room, taxi arrangements and suggestions for the sightseeing! n/a

A special thank you to Mehmet Can for his exceptional help and kindness. He assisted us with a check-in, which was greatly appreciated. On our last night, I became ill around 1:00 AM. Mehmet Can took the time to find an open pharmacy, personally ordered a thermometer for me, brought herbal tea with lemon and even a cold cloth for my forehead. His care and willingness to help went far beyond what I would normally expect from hotel staff. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again. The area can be a little noisy in the morning, so it may not be ideal for people who like to sleep late. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The location is excellent. Both the Sirkeci metro station and tram station are very close — less than 100 meters away. We usually prefer staying in this area because it is very easy to reach anywhere in Istanbul. Our room was on the back side with a wonderful view of Galata Tower. Overall, a very pleasant experience — highly recommended!

The breakfast spread was impressive. Location is great to explore the city. Good staff. The whole building and its interiors are old. The light system and interiors make the building feel very dark.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Empire Palace Hotel in the Fatih area, and I really loved my stay. The location is excellent, especially if you want to stay in the historic part of Istanbul. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My flight arrived early in the morning, and I reached the hotel around 11 AM. Mr. Irfan at the reception greeted me warmly and kindly arranged an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. He also gave me a room with a balcony view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Nothing

It has this smell you would notice it specially if you are here first time . Breakfast was disappointing.

Location, breakfast, friendliness of the staff Facility is slowly getting outdated. You can see scratches sometimes. But I guess it’s normal

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Empire Palace in Sirkeci. The location is perfect for exploring Istanbul, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is excellent. Special thanks to receptionist Selim Kaya for his outstanding hospitality and helpfulness – he truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended! We will be staying at best western again on our next trip.

The location was the best! Staff were great. Food was good. There’s no chair if u want to eat at night. Not much varieties of food for breakfast buffet. I asked if they can make a sunny side up egg and they said only what’s in the table.
