Good staff, roof top view over the sea and the city. Cleanness, room size, minimum facilities, poor neighborhood.

The breakfast selection could definitely use some improvement. There were very limited hot dishes and meat options, and overall the variety felt quite basic. It was acceptable for a short stay, but not particularly memorable.

The room was quite dirty—the toilet paper was already opened (clearly used), and the towel hanger was taped. There were no slippers. It was also very noisy both from outside and within the hotel (which is somewhat expected in such facilities, so not a major issue). The breakfast was unacceptable. Overall, the area feels a bit like a scam, although much of Istanbul feels that way, so I’m not sure if all accommodations are in this condition—but it’s still disappointing.

Great location, near main attractions but at the same time in a calmer area. Hotel staff were amazing, provided all information we needed. Very comfortable beds. Rooms pretty small but had all fir comfortable stay.

The rooms were small. No sound isolation, ome could hear us talking grom outside the rooms. To arrive to tramway a very steep should be wlked for 10 min.

There is nothing that I did not like.

Great breakfast, good value, convenient location. The staff is very friendly. They even recommended some local restaurants where we ended up dining three times. Our room was very close to the broadcasting speakers which woke us up really early in the morning. Not a problem once we adjusted our sleep schedule.

Good room size and cleanliness No complaints from our stay it was perfect

The staff is super helpful and kind. The location is perfect although keep in mind the inclines and the Muezzin as other reviewers mentioned. The breakfast is great with some varieties. There were some problems with the AC and one blanket was missing but the staff helped. Shoutout to Poyraz for helping with everything we needed!

The location was very good and close to Beyazit tram station and grand bazard. So many shops and restaurants around. I used to stay in taksim area before but from now I will be choosing this place agin. Breakfast was very good and varied with many options day by day. The staff are very welcoming and speaking English very well.

Lots of breakfast items and near a lot of stores. The AC works pretty fast once in the room, it takes a couple of minutes to get going. The shower dripped long after taking a shower. The room is a little small, could be a challenge if you're traveling with just a friend and not a romantic partner.

Staff were amazing, location was central, big hills to walk up to get into downtown, it was a great walk to burn off delicious food. Roof top was unavailable at night to enjoy the view. We did ask permission and were allowed last night.

This place is perfect location to enjoy Istanbul. The personal is supper attentive and makes you stay something special. N/A

Breakfast, not really to many choices

The hotel is ok. Location is basic. Very loud namaz calling as the speaker is right against windows. Horrible smell from the bathroom. The lighting on the mirror in the bathroom was blinking at night which is disturbing. Seaview room is not exactly seaview, very sideways.
