The location is great in my opinion. It is located right next to Gülhane Park and Sirkeci station, meaning Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and the Masri Bazaar are all within short walking distance. It is an ideal base for exploring the historical center. Breakfast is fine - hot, fresh made. The hotel has deteriorated since my last stay. The receptionist was asleep on the lobby sofa at check-in, leaving guests stranded. The first room we got had dead AC and dangerous exposed wiring. After paying for an upgrade, the second room had visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, a towel rack that fell off the wall at a touch, and old trash (sandals and hygiene products) left under the bed from previous guests. Maintenance and housekeeping are completely neglected.

The hotel is very well located with 10 min walking distance to the main attractions. Breakfast was good and the staff is super friendly. The street is not that busy, the room was clean. The facilities are a bit outdated, but you can't have everything at such an attractive price with breakfast included.

Excellent location - just five minutes walking from Sikerci metro station and in the middle of thousands of restaurants and shops. The pictures look flashy but the quality of the actual facilities are kind-of subpart and cheap in some parts even - who would think that it is a good choice to use paper cups for tea and coffee instead of glass/ceramic ones, which can be reused and are thus not costlier than the latter. The rooms are not soundproof either - in the evening one can hear noise from all sides - outside of the door, upstair, downstair, from the street.

The stuff was helpful and nice . Room was very dirty when we checked in ,the sink was full of hair and dirty .We called to reception and they sent a house keeper to clean .So firstly she washed the floor and after with same water she started to wash the sink and mirror .So we had to call to reception again .Well they ended up making her clean it better but we already felt disgusted. Also on the breakfast teapot was very dirty ,very strong smell of old sunflower oil ( I guess they use it without changing for months).Unfortunately general impression of not fresh food and tableware.

The staff at the front desk and the location On Booking it was clearly specified that the sauna and Turkish hammam were free of charge for hotel's guests and it WASN'T...they charged 600 TL for each. The room was pretty dirty, the towels were clean and that was it. Again, on Booking it said: VERY GOOD BREAKFAST. It was UNEATABLE. Myself, the only thing that was safe and good to eat were the olives. I'm surprised about the fact that the review for breakfast was 'V.good', it made me come to this place. Everything was disgusting. How hard was it to have some boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, butter, jam and bread and coffee, of course. None of those was there; even the jam was bad.

Staff is Great very polite and . The young guy at nite shift is helpful Any travelling or direction they will there for you . It’s worth staying there . Little bit upgrade with power outlet like adding USB plugs , it’s good idea for traveller cus some overseas plugs not always work .
