Extremely thoughtful staff, great location, definitely would recommend this for your Istanbul stay!

Beautifully designed hotel with super welcoming staff and premium attention to detail. The room was amazing and the quality of everything was excellent. The atmosphere is unique and the workers are genuinely friendly. Special mention to the taxi service they arranged to get us back to the airport — truly great. Will gladly recommend. A few flies in our room, and being right on the street we could hear some passers-by (though not enough to really bother us). The lobby felt a bit humid and had a trapped, stale smell; though this didn't extend to the rooms or elsewhere. The main letdown was breakfast: as vegans we couldn't enjoy the full menu, but even so it felt basic and not very inclusive, and the items we did order were underwhelming (flavorless tea, unripe avocado, industrial croissants). A missed opportunity given how great everything else is.

Great location, very nice rooms, very good breakfast. Big thanks to the breakfast supervisor who stood out for his great service and dedication. After only one day Hakan knew all our breakfast preferences and made sure that we felt welcome and special. The prices for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant were even after deducting our resident 10% discount excessively high compared to other Michelin recognised restaurants in Istanbul.

The staff are super friendly and helpful! The food is also excellent I didn’t like the location personally, too crowded area for my liking

We were here for 1 night on a layover, they arranged airport transfers for us, & we had delicious dinner and breakfast at the attached Il Cortile restaurant. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hope to return and stay longer.

Amazing staff, so nice, thoughtful. Most beautiful and peaceful space while being right in the middle of one of the most buzzing parts of Istanbul. Can feel the history, yet can relax. Amazing meals, service. There is nothing that I did not like.

The hotel is in a relatively small, beautifully restored building very near the Galata tower. The breakfast staff is led by the friendly and charming Hakan who guides you through many terrific options from homemade granola, yogurt and fresh fruit to a full blown authentic Turkish spread. The housekeeping staff, especially Elif, are also friendly and responsible with fresh towels during the evening turndown service. The beds and sheets are too notch and it is a low key but classy establishment. The neighborhood is a combination of real Istanbul and lots of local and international tourists with many cafes, restaurants, coffee shops and souvenir stores. Be aware that the hotel is up a big hill from the waterfront. My wife and I are 70 and we enjoyed the challenge but others may want to use taxis to avoid the climb. The hotel is relatively new and has an Italian restaurant that takes up most of the ground floor (half indoors, half outside on a lovely patio. It seems like they are still figuring out exactly how to position the restaurant. It has pizza and pasta but wasn’t very crowded. My sense is that given the high quality food it is going to break through and become more popular soon.

The breakfast was not good

Excellent location, with very attentive and friendly staff. Would stay there again.

Hotel was extremely accommodating and kind all around, the staff was attendant and thoughtful (including the excellent cleaning staff (shoutout Elif) as well as complimentary drinks and snacks from the bar and restaurant downstairs). The rooms were beautiful and well maintained and the courtyard and complimentary breakfast were also great. Galata neighborhood is perfectly situated and made for a great Istanbul travel experience. Overall couldn't more highly recommend!
-
The staff were super friendly and helpful. Hakan from the breakfast restaurant was a delight, and Elf from the housekeeping team was very hospitable. The rooms, location, service, food, everything was exceptional. The volume of the music coming from the restaurant/courtyard was a bit too loud, started too early in the day, and ended too late.
-
Perfect location, comfort, the rooms were beautifully designed. The staff were absolutely wonderful, from the reception to housekeeping, from friendliness, thoughtfulness, and just being considerate. The restaurant was great for breakfast, and the staff, specifically hakan made it really pleasant. Simple matters, it would’ve been ideal to have a gym, and some bathroom amenities.

Property was great, the included breakfast was hosted by a very nice team and in a nice quiet Courtyard. Many thanks for the great service Mr. Hakan.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. The best thing about the hotel was it’s staff! Gokberk, Elif, Hakan and Elchin stood out. They were super nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and very modern. They gave us delicious panna cotta complimentary (probably the best we’ve had). We also had some guests over and they sent complimentary turkish tea to our room. We overall had a wonderful stay! We wish we had stayed there longer.
