Clean Fast check out My room was a it small Not crystal clean but ok Breakfast was ok first the price but not very good

Very well located. Near Taksim Square and the airport bus stop.

Very noisy. They should invest in anti-noise window, specifically they are located in bars area.

Due to lack of capacity, We were redirected to nearby hotel, maybe with better amenities, but everyone was polite and helpful.

A special thanks to the manager Mehmet, who was incredibly friendly, kind, and always ready to help. His positive attitude and professionalism really made our experience even more enjoyable. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again in the future. :)

Room was very clean. Receptionist were kind and helpful.

The breakfast was nice, but not as good as it looked in the pictures. There weren’t many options, and sometimes even at 10 a.m. there was almost nothing left to eat. They do need to use the vacuum cleaner more, though! In my 6 days there, they only used it once. But I have to say, the room was clean and the bathroom was clean they just need to use the vacuum cleaner more!!

It is located in the center of Taksim Square, with easy access to everything, including the metro. The breakfast is delicious and offers a satisfying traditional Turkish breakfast The bed was quite firm, and the pillows were smaller than expected. In addition, the television provided is not a smart TV.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The hotel services are wonderful, especially the receptionist, Mr. Mohammed, whose welcome was fantastic, and we can't forget the waiter, Kenan, who was also very helpful. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but the food was delicious. I recommend it to my fellow travelers.

The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel has a good location, with many shops and cafés nearby. The room was worn out, with dirty curtains and bedside tables. The sound insulation was poor — everything from the street could be heard. The toilet was dirty upon check-in; although they later provided a clean room, the curtains were still dirty. I recommend not trusting the attractive photos of the hotel, better visit first.

The front desk manager was very helpful & he provided us with an Istanbulkart saving us the time & money to buy it. Housekeeping service needs a bit of improvements. Didn't cleaned one of our rooms, saying that we left the 'DND' card on the door, which wasn't true. Safe boxes in the rooms should be checked & not pre locked when new guests checks in.

Breakfast was pretty average. Out of 3 days, A/C worked only for 1 day and we had to open our room windows to be able to have some cold air in the room. Location is superb and very near to Taksim square so no issue there. Breakfast and Room Size and amenities

Very close to Taksim square. Rooms are spacious considering that it is a small new hotel. Water is always hot. AC working well. Walls are thin could hear any movement from corridor outside.

Location,breakfast, swimming pool , massage , outdoor sitting area , all staff were good especially reception guys hagid and Mohammed helped me to extend my stay and late check out Nothing

It is situated just a short walk from Taksim Square, one of Istanbul’s most vibrant and iconic areas. This central location made it very easy for us to explore and enjoy the city. We sincerely appreciate Mr. Aybar and the team for their dedicated support and professional service.

Very clean, excellent location, comfortable (though not a big room), very nice staff! The only minus is thatvthe street is noisy because it is a very vivid place. But I didn’t mind that much.
