The hotel is located near the T1 tram station. You can easily take the tram and visit the famous historical places of Istanbul.You can enjoy good breakfast at the hotel. All staff were friendly & welcoming especially Mr.Serkan Ceren was very helpful throughout our stay. Room cleaning was perfect. I had a great stay at the hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

I always stay there, it's the perfect place for me, the staff are very helpful specifically Sercan and the nice reception ladies, this place is like home away from home

There are always various comments that depend on personal perspectives and previous experiences, but certain points still need to be considered. - The location is convenient, with easy access to the tram to Sultanahmet, Eminönü, and even Galata Tower, as well as a bus to Taksim. However, there aren't many good shopping centers nearby; Taksim offers many more options. - The place is very clean, without a doubt. - The staff is friendly and does their best to assist you, especially the cleaning staff member, Heirolldin. - The breakfast is good and fresh. - The breakfast was repetitive over the five days, with only one or two different items, which was disappointing—especially the hot buffet. - There is no coffee shop, and the lobby is small, making it an uninviting space for families to spend time together. - Don't rely on the sauna and spa, as they are quite separate from the hotel and come with a high additional charge. - Dont reserve economy room which is smaller than small

The staff were very friendly i visited them since 2017 always one of best hotels in laleli with very friendly staff in reception The breakfast food was less than before ,i hope they serve like before

The staff are great really helpful, and the location is brilliant as a base to explore Istanbul with the tram stop right on the doorstep. Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. For such a central location there was also very little noise. Could have done with an extra pillow, but that's a minor issue.

The location is fantastic — right next to Aksaray station, with easy access to currency exchange, markets, SIM card shops, restaurants, and many other conveniences. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks to Serkan and Alper — we truly couldn’t thank them enough! It would be great to offer more variety in the breakfast buffet, especially for long-term guests, by changing some of the dishes on a daily basis.
