Mr. Murat and Mr. Sergen were very helpful and welcoming. They helped us to get extension of our stay after we experienced the excellent service and comfortable rooms. The breakfast is amazing and fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend None

From time to time, I arrange a stay at this hotel for my wife so that she can take a break from her daily routine. She always appreciates the beautiful city views from the room, the excellent service, and the warm and friendly attitude of the hotel staff toward their guests. I would also like to personally thank the hairdresser at the hotel salon. For the second year in a row, he has done a wonderful job styling my wife’s hair. Our sincere thanks to Mr. Serdar K. and the entire team for their friendliness and professionalism. We will be very happy to return many more times.

Location and hospitality and welcoming , also fantastic breakfast. Specially: Ms. DamlaYdin& Ms. Saren Bar Manager was not very welcoming

We arrived early (11.30 AM, Check in time was 15.00 Hrs ), Receptionist informed us that Room is not ready. So far acceptable. We took a round in the city and returned in the Hotel by 17.00 Hrs. Regretfully Reception informed us that Room is still not ready. They politely offered us a lunch, however when traveling since 05.00 Hrs the only thing needed is a place to rest, bathroom etc. Excuses that housekeeping had not the time to prepare the room are not the proper for a brand like Hilton especially when you are paying more than 350.0 Euro per night. Shows poor management, least to say.
