Parking was in dump. Had construction materials all over, tbars poping from sides of the what looks like a demo construction job. Yu can't get the car out as they park and block everyone's cars. Thankfully everything was close by that we didn't have to get our car out. Totally needs a better parking set up and a safe environment for vehicle. Trying to leave had to.pay great attention to sticking out metal bars

Location cool Airport pickup didn't work right. Driver couldnt drop us at hotel. Instructions for pickup were unclear.

Great location. The staff was amazing and helped us with everything. They made it super easy to travel with our little one. Asked for two queen beds when we booked but there were no available rooms on the day. AC didn't work, they said it only works in certain seasons. The roads to access the property and fairly narrow and steep which might make it tough for some folks.

The receptionist, Hakan, was exceptionally helpful in arranging taxis and tours in Istanbul.

Cleanliness can be better specially towels and washroom stuff. Location is perfect but with kids it’s difficult to move if I have stroller. Breakfast can be better by adding some extra options

Very neat and clean and within 5-10min walk from all important tourist places and tram station. Breakfast was also very good.

Great location to explore old city of Istanbul, especially blue mosque, Haggia Sofia, and grand bazar.

Reasonably central location in the old town. Very quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator and in front of the reception. Have breakfast available for earlier time (for those who might want to catch some early morning admissions to some attractions)

Clean and centrally located. The breakfast was pretty good while we were there as well.

Our stay here was very good. The rooms were a bit cozy, but very professionally maintained. The staff was very polite and responsive to our needs. The property itself was excellent. The surrounding area and Istanbul itself is not very clean. I am sure it is a cultural thing, but they could take better care of their city.

We booked 2 rooms. The breakfast was ok with a lot of options, changed daily. The location was very good. The junior suite was quite small. The carpets were dirty, the white socks turned grey immediately. No cleaning service in the room for 6 days. At the front office, we received no greetings.

I had a very pleasant stay at Kare Hotel. The hotel is Muslim and family-friendly, with no alcohol served, which made the atmosphere comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything was kept clean and well maintained. The breakfast was good, offering a nice variety to start the day. The location is excellent, close to main attractions and the tram. Overall, Kare Hotel is a great choice for families and those seeking a peaceful stay in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend it. The only minor downside is that the walk back from the tram involves a slight uphill climb, but it’s manageable and not too difficult.

Very convenient to everything. We walked toost attractions from this hotel. It is pretty hilly all around here, but convenient. Everything was good. Just a heads up, taxis may not be able to out you at the front door as it's a no entry for one of the road. You have to go around the block. We found this out the hard way, we had to walk a couple of blocks and pay another taxi to take us around the block with 12 plus suitcases.

We stayed at the family suit. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. One fridge and a small lobby. Comfortable beds and pillows. We even had a small patio with a table and 2 chairs. Our suit had atreet view which was nice to see people walking on the street. Clean room and clean common areas. The breakfast area is cozy, and breakfast had a few good options, including eggs, fruit, bread, and coffee. Stuff was very attentive and warm. Very helpful to pro ide any information we needed about the city, transportation, etc.
