free tea all day.. don't expect any luxury, neighborhood might be scary for some, but the only no-go for me was the shower cabin without door/curtains!

Better place to stay

Bed was really comfortable, staff was very hospitable, and no noise in the morning, good hot water, very kind staff
-
I really liked how kind the staff were, and the location is excellent, near Istanbul’s main attractions like Ayasofya, Topkapi Palace, and the bazaars.

Everything was good ? arslan best

The hotel asked me for an additional fee of about 150 euros. I have already paid all the amount 575 euros using booking.com. I have sent a complaint to booking.com. bad staff.

Although the area is a bit crowded and industrial, the location is very convenient — surrounded by many local restaurants, mini markets, coffee shops, and bakeries, all offering affordable prices. The hotel prices themselves are also very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area, which makes it a great value for money. The service is excellent, and the staff at the reception — Seyit, Aslan, and Şahmar — are extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. In addition, the hotel offers group tours to Sapanca and Bursa(Ask them about the tours when you book with them). I wish I knew that before planning my trip because It would have been more convenient to book with them. Overall, it’s a comfortable and budget-friendly place to stay in the heart of Istanbul, especially if you want easy access to public transportation and authentic local experiences nearby.

Very nice location, friendly and helpful staff. They were so sweet. We enjoyed our stay there!

The staff was really helpful and friendly and assisted us with anything we needed, which is really appreciated since my mom and I are blind. The hotel is clean, the rooms were great, there was hot water all the time just like it is stated on the website. Really nice atmosphere. The location is good, it is near many restaurants and shops which work nonstop, also near Laleli where there are pastries, it is also near the tram stop. There were towels, shampoos and other toiletries in the bathroom, there were even slippers in the room. The hotel did not offer any breakfast, lunch or dinner. There was room service available, but it would be nice if the hotel had a restaurant. Also, the lift is only for two people, which could be improved, so that more people can fit. The beds are kind of lifted above the ground and if you walk a bit fast you could hit yourself in a bad way especially if you have your slippers on. These are not really things that we did not like, but some suggestions for improvement.

Great location just a 10 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar and a ~15-20 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern. Room was comfortable, well lit and air-conditioned. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great spot for those who just need a home base and get out and about during the day. Looks to have been recently renovated. Not all rooms have air-conditioning. We had originally booked for a twin room, though the only one available did not have AC, we were kindly offered a double bed room with AC. This was manageable but made it a bit cramp for the two of us. The recent renovations are decent but a bit shoddy in places i.e. paint marks on wall, protective film still on the TVs etc. Nothing major for accom at this price though.

Staff was helpful. I think the first room where I stayed had mold. Tight fit to get in the shower.

The rooms were kinda small but very clean and we were even given soap and slippers. They also have a free room cleaning service. The location was very nice and the staff were even nicer. For example my father and I went downstairs to the lobby to plan the rest of our trip (we are major procrastinators) and the guy working made us tea! And about the location I mean you could walk from the hotel to pretty much anywhere. If I ever go back to Istanbul I know where I’m staying. Literally if you are in between choices this is the place you wanna choose. This isn’t a problem for me however some people with mobility issues may have trouble with walking. This goes for alot of the roads in istanbul though. A cool thing is that they have an elevator in the hotel though its small but its still there. Again this place is great!!!!

The hotel was in a great location. I liked everything about it. The room and toilet were good. Both were clean. Daily room service was available. We stayed for 4 nights, and we were happy with our stay. There was nothing to dislike, except for one thing, which was obviously not the hotel’s fault. There was no water at all in half of Istanbul for more than 12 hours. We never imagined something like this could happen in a big city like Istanbul. We couldn’t even use the toilets anywhere because of no water. I know this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but I thought I should mention it.

I know I'll be returning to Kocaeli several times, and I’ll definitely keep choosing this hotel. I am not giving 10 stars just because the wastebasket was not changed when I checked-in

Clean, good value for money, good location, lovely staff

The location is safe. All staff is extremely helpful and friendly! Cleaning crew was efficient; kept rooms clean and stocked with toilet paper and towels. Nothing

The place was a 15 min walk from the centre, not in a touristy area, but fine for a couple of days. There were shops, restaurants nearby. The receptionists were really kind, helpful and friendly. We liked them a lot.
