Just the location Very dark and depressing room with no daylight The room's window overlooked the building's ventilation space, which extended all the way to the roof. The photo was taken at 9:00 am, all room lights are on, morning time and you don’t even see any daylight.

It was great, but for one day only

The location was EXCELLENT. The staff was incredible and rooms were very clean. A special shoutout to Abdelkarim who prepared our breakfast every morning and was super helpful.

أكثر ما أعجبني هو الموقع، فهو ممتاز جدًا ويقع مباشرة على الشارع الذي يضم العديد من المحلات التجارية والمقاهي، مما يجعل التنقل والتسوق سهلًا. كما أن تعامل الموظفين كان راقيًا وودودًا، وكانوا متعاونين ويحرصون على تقديم المساعدة. الأثاث يحتاج إلى تجديد، إذ يبدو قديمًا نوعًا ما مقارنة بمستوى الفندق، ولو تم تحديثه ستكون تجربة الإقامة أفضل بكثير.

It’s a suits hotel,I like the location, Turkish bath, check in/out and suite size. - one elevator which is busy most of time. - No hungers in bathroom. - No buffet breakfast ( very very limited with tea ), also you have to pay extra money if you prefer coffee.

Professional and courteous staff, excellent location, decent sized clean suite. Breakfasts included served at Mayson shisha bar, a separate establishment at 7th floor. Avoid at any cost. Rude server. Ashtray chic upholstery. Dirty windows that don't let daylight in.

The property was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location in Nisantasi is excellent, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, making the stay very enjoyable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A special thank you to Mr. Albert for his outstanding hospitality and support. He was very professional, kind, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, everything was great. There were only minor points such as occasional noise from outside, but nothing that affected the overall experience.

First time in this hotel, great experience and an amazing staff, especially Semih, who was very helpful and kind with us. If you visit Istambul, Mas Suites Nisantasi is a must ?

First of all, the bed was not comfortable, and the bed sheets were not changed from the day we arrived until the day we checked out — meaning they were not changed for 5 days. Even the bed was not properly made when the room was cleaned; it was done very poorly. The bathroom was dirty and was not properly cleaned. They only changed the towels and provided soap and shampoo. On one of the days, there was no hot water, and we were told that it was out of order. Overall, cleanliness is 0 out of 10.

I had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent from start to finish. Albert at the reception was especially amazing — so welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. It made things even easier that he spoke Arabic so well. All the employees were kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely stay here again!
