The staff is helpful. Upgraded our room with free of charge for the good comments and feedback. But sorry I was disappointed with you hotel and don’t want anyone to be the same disappointed. My two nights stay in Istanbul was aimed to have a good overnight sleep with exceptional walk around. The whole stay at this hotel was disappointing. It is a one star hotel, and just to sleep over place. Location is inconvenient. Not ever a value for money. I was unhappy with booking.com for getting into this hotel.

Really good value for the price, 5 minute walk from the Hagia Sophia. Friendly staff that was helpful in arranging transportation back to the airport. Very basic room and facilities (but very reasonable for the price).

It was very cheap. The staff was friendly, but couldn't help much. It wasn't super clean. The mattress was very broken in so it was super uncomfortable. The ac didn't work because the fuse was turned off. We had to turn it on, then they didn't want to change the battery until the third time we asked. They also only gave us one blanket and when asked they said the next day. When we first asked about the ac being broken they just gave us a blanket instead...

The only good thing about this place was the location. This is not a proper hotel but a guesthouse, and my budget economy room was in the basement. The room had a strong moldy smell, with visible mold on the walls and bathroom ceiling. It felt unhealthy to stay in. The stairs leading down to the room were poorly built and potentially dangerous—if you’re not careful, you could easily trip and hurt yourself. On top of that, I could hear every single step from people going up and down, as the stairs were made of thin, creaky wood. It was incredibly noisy and made it nearly impossible to sleep.

The hotel shows very accurate pictures in the page, so that's a great plus. You can rest assured you will get what you see so I find that refreshing as a client. The staff are helpful and willing (actually proactive) to accomodate you.

You can’t sleep at this price anywhere in Istanbul. Room was tiny, a lot of dust, loud AC, walls too thin but for ~30eur a night we paid we couldn’t expect anything better.

Location is close to main tourist area and easy access by train or bus High and low road to hotel which is not good for old age

The room didn’t look like the advertised one and was at a nearby hotel. The bathroom smelled and was full of limescale and rust, the toilet flush was broken, there were ants in the room and there was a lot of hair on the “clean” towels they provided (photo of the hair we took out of them here). Definitely not a 3-star hotel.

When I asked for cap /taxi they called one of their friends who priced way over the price- luckly managed to get my own cap from the street who charged me 150lira less than the one they recommended.

It was very bad, the room was not as i had expected and how they described it even though I hade upgraded it to a standard room. The room was small, the blanket on the bed was not in a good condition and so the pillows was so worn out and in not a good condition. The AC was not working properly in that hot temperature, the "cable tv" was a joke... and it took them 4 dayes to give me an some thing so I could boil water in the morning for the coffee or tea. I went to the market and bought the spoon, fork and knife so I didn't need to go and ask the reception so they needed to tell me sorry we don't have but we will fix for you. When i was checking out I left the things I bought in room for the next guest so they didn't need to go through what I did...!
