Location is tops if you want to move around and see a lot, very close to tram stations (Gülhane), Marmaray train, Eminömü ferries...in a busy street with shops and restaurants. Beds are comfy. Price is very convenient. The bathroom ceiling needed paint and some renovation due to humidity. Some broken things, TV wasn't working well (no signal) and elevator only goes from first floor and up. They didn't come and clean the room or get fresh towels or sheets in 4 nights.

The location was great, near the train. The bathroom was awful, when you were showering the water leaks out of the bathroom. I don’t know if they have heating for all the hotel but the rooms doesn’t have individual heaters.

The location is excellent. Clean room, cooperative staff. Very small room and the W.C gives no privacy. But it was clean .

The location is fantastic!! Staff is friendly and accommodating. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 4 years every year when coming to Istanbul. I was always happy to stay here but I have to agree with others this hotel needs serious maintenance work. The rooms are no longer up to scratch. Walls need paint, laminate floors are disintegrating and water damp issues in the bathroom. I cancelled my next stay (next week) at this hotel because I found better value elsewhere. I hope to return next year and see some positive improvements.

Breakfast wasnt the best , was supposed to be traditional turkish breakfast but just ended up with polony, cheese, hard eggs and bread. The resturant down stairs . The people working there demanded a service charge after we paid the bill eveen though they offerd a terrible service we were suposed to of had a 10 per cent discount for the resturant and were charged over the full amount PIzza fries and 3 fanta orange drinks came to 60.00? When we told the boss of the resturant that we wouldnt be dining there the next day he tried to insult us by calling us Sheep Shaggers!

Very friendly and polite staff. 24/7 reception staff available for support. Less than a minute walk from the train station. Easy to find. Room felt safe and met minimum standards. Cleaning staff were great. Very good welcome pack with toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, soap slippers, and slippers. Restaurant, very expensive and poor taste. Although the bedroom and bathroom were kept clean, the overall state of the rooms was worn out and rundown. Black mould in the shower And peeling paint on the ceiling above the shower. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Neda hotel is very well located. But what stands out, is the friendly and helpful staff. In particular, Ferhah and Hamdi, who went out of their way to advise us on the best options for our trip. Thank you.
