The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The wifi was barely usable at night.

The room is rather small. Altjough it was warm outside, strong heating was on, so it became hot in the room. It is rather noisy outside.

We had a great stay at Old Harbor Hotel. Everything was perfectly fine from start to finish. The staff were very kind, friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We truly felt welcome during our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay. ,

Every thing was perfect, clean rooms and kind staff Tasty breakfast Nothing, actually they was very kind and helpful, even they give us a free tea and help us with our luggage to the taxi.

Its a decent size hotel. Just a basic normal boutique style kinda hotel. Location was great and the area around full of restaurants though mostly tourist priced, but the vibe at the area was good. Taxi does not stop directly at the hotel because its a little walk, but the personnel of the hotel helped with the luggages. The staffs are nice though. Batchrooms are clean, beds are also clean. Rooms were okay but a tiny but too small. not very flexible. I booked two rooms for my family but my family returned a day before checkout day. Hence I had an extra room vacant which i paid for. I wanted to get my partner to stay with me that night, the staffs were okay about it but the boss was not at all happy about this. Very little flexibility for rooms that I paid for. I felt like i just wasted my money here. I have been travelling and coming to istanbul 6x this year, and this is the first time a hotel did not allow my partner to stay with me a night although i have rooms that I paid for vacant. Breakfast was also super basic. They prepare for you everything so your food is set and chosen for you.

Cleanness, good breakfast, services, good air conditioning. Noisy parties outside until midnight if you are an early sleeper. No safe to store on belongings

The rooms were really nice and clean, air conditioning worked very well and was in a very good location. Ocan , the manager / person manning reception was so helpful and catered to our every need. Staff were so friendly. Breakfast was also amazing and was made to order !

Overall, it was a good experience. Keep in mind that the bed is not double, but twins (put 2 together to make 1).

The staff were awesome. We spent five nights there at the beginning of the month and another night at the end of our trip. Okan and Savas at reception were most helpful. Yasar lent us his Istanbul travel card for us to get around the city and all the waiters were lovely. We also stored some of our luggage there for three weeks and when we returned we were welcomed like family. Nothing, we were treated exceptionally well.
