The property was well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Mr. Diyar was very responsible, friendly, and highly cooperative throughout our stay. He was always supportive and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would happily stay here again. The room was a little small

Just the location and the Guy Deyar. Its not clean everything dirty even the bathroom water flooded everywhere, The Ac not working the room very hot no water inside the room no Tea The facilities are poor the lift not work properly and the last day the lift out off service, the breakfast was poor there is no diversity same food every day and some time finish before the time, there are many insects and bugs. I don’t recommend to anybody .

The only good thing about this hotel was the receptionist. He was very polite and kept apologising for our bad experience, which I truly appreciated. Other than that, unfortunately I had a really disappointing stay. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had in Istanbul in specific and in my entire life in general!!! From the moment we checked in, I was shocked and already wanted to cancel the reservation, but unfortunately it was non-refundable and the hotel did not help at all. The hotel was completely different from the photos and description on Booking. The room was very old, not clean, and extremely small. I even found a cockroach which was honestly unacceptable. On top of that, we were 4 and we had an extra guest when I asked them they said no issued and she can join you although they didn’t provide an extra bed, blanket, or pillow even after continually asking for it and then suddenly during checkout, they demanded extra payment and even threatened to call the police. The breakfast was also very poor and disappointing, I only tried it one time and never tried it again!!! Overall, the experience did not match the price, the photos, or the expectations at all.

The location is easier for more tourists attractions, good rooms with nice city view. Morning breakfast is good. Satisfied our stay. ⭐️

Location was very good. 5-7 minutes by walk to Hagia Sophia. The hotel rooms are dirty, the sound isolation is almost absent, You can hear the people next to your room like they are in the toilet. The bathroom is dirty and furniture is damaged. It doesn't fit the 3 stars at all.

The most unclean hotel I have ever seen. It was smelling bad and everything was just so dirty. We have barely survived one night and left the hotel the very next morning at 6 am

Nothing positive I am very disappointed with this hotel. The bed was not clean and only had a thin sheet that kept slipping off, which felt very unhygienic. The shower was in poor condition: there is visible mold and brown residue in the corners, the drain area looks dirty, and the shower door does not close properly. Most importantly, I was unable to take a proper shower because there was no warm water during my entire stay. There was also a constant unpleasant smell in the room.

Location was perfect as all main tourist attractions are within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Staff are very attentive, kind and friendly. Breakfast could have had more variation during our week stay.
