Location is okay. Breakfast was ok, when available. There is no reception area. we have to ask strangers to contact the owner to get in apartment. No any information, we have to ask strangers again to contact owner to get internet password. the internet was very poor, was not working a lot of time. we stayed for 3 nights on last day breakfast was not available - we saw another couple was waiting for breakfast, but the café was not open.

Yunus is a very kind, helpful, hospitable, and welcoming person. He is always available when you need. Tea, coffee, and drinking water were available in the room. Breakfast in the cafe next to the palace was reasonable. Cleanliness, bugs, and cockroaches were the most critical problems; therefore, I couldn't sleep, feeling exposed to bugs. I think the reason is that the building is old and in a dirty neighbourhood. There is a pile of garbage in an empty block next to the building. I changed my hotel after three nights, and found a three-star hotel with a lower price. The shower was broken, and you always need to hold it with one hand. The water was cold for a shower. There was no soap for washing hands. One day, the cafe was closed without any prior announcement, and I couldn't eat breakfast.

The location is very convenient, rooms are very clean. Ozer and his team are friendly and they try to help with any queries. Old building , no elevators

The location was amazing near almost every facility including restaurants, fast foods, groceries, barber shops and other small businesses. Everything was perfect.

Great place to be and very friendly staff! We had everything we needed and everything was so easy with the help of the receptionist. Totally worth it!
