المكان مره امان غلاطة بورت قدامي كان كله حراسه امنيه ، الفندق تحته بقاله من 8 الصباح مفتوحه الشيء المعيب اللي فيه صوت الأغاني من الملهى اللي حوله + فيه رجال هو وولده بالطبله حقته طول الليل ، بس ع الساعه 12 يروح على آخر يومين ريحة بيارات قويه بس من اول فتره الاقامه ماكانت موجوده هذه الريحه

Only the location Very dirty hotel. I found ants and cockroaches in my bed. I changed rooms three times, but each room had the same problem. (3 days 3 rooms). The staff were very rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern about the situation. I would not recommend staying here.

would also like to thank the housekeeping staff for their outstanding work. The gentleman who cleaned our room was very kind, respectful, and helpful. He kept our room clean every day and always greeted us with a smile. His hard work and dedication are greatly appreciated.

The location is very near to Galata port. The staff is very polite and helpful.

The hotel crew were nice and cooperative O asked for discount for the extra bed and they answered me and promised me with the discount and when I arrived they applied it as they promised Good

Location is amazing Very loud outside, because there are a lot of bars working late night.

Rooms are very clean and it felt newly furnished, location was very good since it is close to everything we wanted, staff was extremely nice and helpful especially the reception team including Can and Nesrin.

The air conditioning was not in my control. They turn them off for the season. O had to open the window which meant there was traffic noise all night
