Pera Palace Hotel

The Pera Palace is an exquisite hotel with so much history! The food is exceptional and the staff were so friendly and helpful! I will return again and again!

This hotel is living history where with many famous guests and heads of state graced this hotel's rooms in the 20th century. Hotel has been modernized to a wonderful standard without losing any of its former grace and charm. Our room was large, quiet, and exceedingly comfortable with wonderful views. We loved our stay. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of.... especially the waitstaff at breakfast. My only very minor complaint is that the hotel Wi-Fi was intermittent and slow.

Gorgeous restored, historical hotel. The staff was very kind and concierge was beyond helpful, even walking us to our dinner reservation the night that Beyoğlu had streets closed off and guarded because of the parade. It wasn’t necessary but he wanted to be sure we were comfortable

Its history Concierge lady Ms Esma was very nice and helpful, in fact she was the only excellent staff we dealt with in the the hotel Customer service and specially the reception staff was below expectations , they need a better training to know how to deal with the customers and talk to them . I may not go back to the hotel again There was a rotten smell in the toilet Bathrooms need renovation

The opulence. The history, the beautiful and grand building, furnishings and decorations. Comfortable and modern rooms while keeping the old feel. The location is superb close to istikbal/Taksim area which has everything and stays lovely until early morning. Breakfast was good. Can't think of anything

From the moment we arrived, everything felt elegant, personal, and beautifully handled. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, full of history, charm, and old-world luxury, but what made our stay truly exceptional was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. I had requested a special room arrangement, including a bouquet, and the hotel honoured it perfectly. It made the arrival feel incredibly special and thoughtful. We were also given a personal tour of the historic museum areas of the hotel, including the Atatürk Room, which was such a unique and meaningful experience. It added so much depth to our stay and made us appreciate the heritage of Pera Palace even more. A special thank you to Esma, Baron, NS, and Arda, who assisted us throughout our stay with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Whether it was the guest relations support, service, porter assistance, or management attention, every interaction felt warm, thoughtful, and polished. The entire experience was beyond our expectations. Pera Palace is not just a hotel; it is a living piece of Istanbul’s history, and staying here felt truly special. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would love to return again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul, especially if you are looking for a luxurious, romantic, historic, and deeply memorable stay. 10/10 — a perfect 5-star experience.

This is our third stay at the hotel and as usual everything was amazing! Special thanks to the staff for helping to accommodate my husband and me in the exact room in which we celebrated our wedding several years ago. Pera Palace is part of our family history - here we met, celebrated our wedding and continue to return every time we come to Istanbul!

Great location, service, comfort, cleanliness, decoration and value.

Charming older hotel. Close to Istlilkal street and not too far from old city attractions. Good breakfast with loads of options. Especially like the cooked to order eggs, especially the Turkish scrambled eggs, and the cherry juice. The bathroom tub/shower was difficult to navigate. Hard to use the sprayer and to get in and out of tub. Room comfort level not quite 5 stars, more like 4 stars.
