Amazing staff in communication far beyond expectations, my hotel just before it was at Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus and I can say the staff at Ramada by far very nice and hospitable. 30 min from airport 5 min walk from mall of Istanbul. To have dental kit, better pillows

Very very nice and good staff. Especially Enis and a woman in the reception (that unfortunately I forgot her name). They face with guests like their family and this is very important to me.

The location is very good near Mall of Istanbul The furniture is Old and scratched

Staff , food , clean . My only point about the GYM , it was important for me .. but unfortunately the main 2 GYM machines were not working .. please my advise to fix it and to get good machines which suppose to be enough to anyone for daily workout ..

Our room was clean and cosy, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very diverse and delicious with many choices. Close to the big shopping mall. Pretty close to Havaist bus stop (for those who needs to commute to/from the airport) It could be a bit noisy due to the closeness to the road with heavy traffic for sensitive people. But the windows are soundproof and reduce a lot of noise. So for us, it wasn’t a problem since we were tired and slept nicely.

Beds was hard felt like sleeping on slabs of bricks and pillows were very uncomfortable. I didn't buy the breakfast I was told it wasn't worth the money.

Walking distance from Istanbul Mall. Food from the Restaurant was amazing. Staffs are nice. Nothing

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety and fresh options. The location is excellent and very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay and I would gladly recommend this hotel. The electricity was unstable at times. Overall, it was a good stay.

Quality of breakfast was very much frustrating. Location and staff was good. Room service was good as well. We were four and just there were one washroom come toilet. This was totally radiculas and there was no variation in the breakfast. Room was clean and big but very limited facilities. There was one channel in the TV and not sure whether it was smart TV or not. No Netflix or no YouTube.... Quality of breakfast was very much frustrating. Location and staff was good. Room service was good as well.
