Rixos Pera Istanbul - Nickelodeon Play Access

The hospitality at Rixos Pera Istanbul was truly exceptional. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, even assisting me with a payment issue by providing a direct payment link and patiently guiding me through the process. Whenever I needed anything, they responded immediately and regularly checked to make sure everything was perfect. The room was comfortable, the hotel was beautiful and well maintained, and the location was excellent—close to attractions, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Honestly, nothing. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had an excellent stay from beginning to end.

Location is good We specifically requested quiet rooms as we were travelling as a family with a baby, which the hotel was aware of well in advance. Before checking in, I again asked the receptionist whether the rooms would be noisy and was assured that they would not be. Despite this, we were given rooms on the first floor directly facing the bars, making it almost impossible for us and our baby to sleep. I raised the issue with reception the following morning, but no suitable alternative was offered. We understand that the property was fully booked. However, a request made well in advance, particularly for a family travelling with a baby, and reconfirmed on arrival should have been respected. At the very least, we should have been told that quiet rooms were unavailable rather than being given false reassurance. We also found large spider webs in the room, which became even more visible in daylight. This raised serious concerns about the standard of cleanliness and suggested that the room had not been properly cleaned for some time.

The room was beautiful, quiet and spacious. The spa was marvelous! The view from the top roof bar great!

We were upgraded with a Suite room that has great sunset view. We had spacious room with huge comfortable bed and nicely decorated bathroom. We also enjoyed breakfasts on the top floor with city panoramic views. Staff is very welcoming and helping, - they helped us to get a table in one of the restraurants in the city. The hotel itself is very well located to the main streets (Istiklal, Galata tower, etc.), and it takes around 30-40 min to walk to the old part of the city. Room misses standalone mirror , bathroom light is a bit weak

The hotel itself including the staff was very good We had a situation with our car that made us give this negative feedback. We chose and option to valet our car, that cost it us 30 eur per day. When we checked out last day car was parked infront of the hotel. 3 min after we left we found out our tire is flat. We stopped and called the hotel to ask for help considering the car was in their hands until a few minutes ago. They said that they will not take responsibility and that the problem is ours. Promissed to call someone to come and fix it, but on our expence. Nobody called us for 2 hours and we finally found somebody else on our own. 250 euro and 5 hours later we were on our way. This is how fantastic vacation and a great expirience with this hotel was ruined for us. Very disappointed from the managment. We have been in many places aroumd the world and this would be handled a different way. Just because of this we will never return to this hotel.

Their efforts, together with the entire breakfast team, truly enhanced our experience. In summary, Rixos Pera exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and excellent service in Istanbul.
