Location is gem, next to metro station and close to istinye mall as well as local shops and restaurants nearby which really nice to keep away from Tourist traps. also the the hotel, it has moderate gym and all facilities are generous and accommodating. definitely recommend to stay at this hotel unless you really need the stay at the center of the City. gym had insufficient leg related devices, which was little offsetting, and hope the breakfast is cheaper. cannot justify 30euro breakfast considering there are so many resta

I was staying alone in my room and someone knocked my door in midnight. after that I called the reception and asked information about the incident however they said there is no camera showing in front of my door so they cant help you about the incident. the second incident was reltaed with the deposite that I paid. during the chick-in I paid 100 USD however during check out they paid me turkish lira with the rate of first day which caused me lose of my deposit. when i asked my deposit as USD they refused and I need to call the police. I personally love Turkiye however this stay was the worst experience for me. Never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.

Location They have combined the rooms rates with the deposited amount ((guarantee amount)) instead of taking two transactions; I am following up for the last few days to get back my deposited amount…. I will never come back to this hotel with such financial procedures

Thumbs up for this hotel! It is located in a very convenient spot, with easy walking access to the metro, plenty of casual eateries, and shops. While the area outside is lively and busy, the atmosphere changes as one steps inside – calm and quiet, offering a nice contrast to the bustling surroundings. We really appreciated the peaceful environment in the hotel – no background music, which is rare to find, and the windows provided good insulation so we weren’t disturbed by noise from the street. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were spacious, simply and tastefully furnished in a way that felt both functional and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to those at the reception who made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable stay. The breakfast buffet was generous and varied, with something for everyone. If I were to suggest any small improvements, it would be to include a few basic items in the room – like a fork, knife, spoon, and a small plate – which would have been useful. I also noticed that used glasses were taken away during cleaning but not replaced. That said, it wasn’t a big issue at all, as the staff brought us whatever we needed as soon as we asked. Their helpfulness really made up for it.
