Taksim By Aydın Suite Hotel

Great service for this amount of money. Breakfast was a great addition considering crazy overpriced food in Istanbul this year. Very good location close to TAKSIM but still hidden from the noise.

Great location although there is a slight hike up some uneven stairs to get from the street to the hotel front door. There is an elevator for upper floors, which is nice (not all have). Great A/C! and I love having a washing machine. The breakfast was simple but adequate to start the day, having a kitchenette in my suite was a big bonus. The 24 staff is very nice as well, I left early in the morning and the desk clerk was there to help me. Slight negative is that the TV is "smart only", I couldn't find any local programming and didn't want to use my home Netflix, etc, so I couldn't really use it, but this seems to be a trend with a lot of places.

Breakfast for the second day, not all the dishes available no eggs, no milk

The personal was impolite and racist against Arab and he's happy to tell us that he's racist, last day of checking out they take our deposit for something broken in shower room and it was broken from the first day of our arrival and we tell them about it and they said ok we know don't worry, then last day they said no we broken it. It was the worst hotel never seen in my life. Services are bad ? very bad, don't book this hotel you will regret it. Message for booking: delete this hotel from your hotel's lists, this hotel didn't respect any criteria of good standing and doesn't live up to the hotels description. Very Bad hotel ???? Very bad hotel ????

Breakfast items were nice and staff were polite and helpful

Its near Taksim, but there is a slope to reach the hotel. Make it hard, specially if you have luggage or you are old

I loved the area and its closeness to the taksim and metro and city center also the breakfast were so good

They charge my 234$ extra for security deposit which they should be returning this money in 24 hour period but have got back and they did not mention online at all and

They stolen my deposit and they reception guys wasnt helpful and no one help you with your bags also breakfast is limited the picture i attached show you everything

It’s okay for a short stay, especially given its proximity to Taksim Square. The reception staff were mostly friendly, and the breakfast was decent. The room had no view, which was disappointing. The stovetop was quite old and difficult to use, as it wasn’t clear how to adjust the heat. The flat appears to have been reconfigured, with an emergency exit passing through it, resulting in unusually narrow walls. It also felt odd that parts of it were built over parquet flooring. Noise was a major issue: whenever someone used the emergency exit—often to go outside to smoke—it sounded as if they were walking inside the room. The door was particularly disruptive, as opening or closing it caused loud vibrations, almost like a small earthquake. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom lacks proper ventilation—a fan is definitely needed.

Close to Taksim square location is perfect also Yusuf the manager is very professional person very nice and know what to do also Christopher is a very good person Only the afternoon front desk person he wasn’t professional at all don’t deal with him

I liked that it’s near Taksim Square. There is a market next to the hotel I booked for 5 adults and then 2 adults couldn’t make it because of the war in the middle east region, the hotel didn’t accept to change me the room to a smaller one or even pay me the difference which made them so disrespectful and not understanding. For the price i paid, the hotel isn’t clean at all. Tea bag in the kettle were inside from other visitors, i asked more than once for toilet papers because we have 2 bathrooms in the apartment and i only got one then i said i want more and they gave me only another one and everytime i ask they are surprised. The baby crib doesn’t even have a mattress in it so i didn’t use it for my daughter and lastly the sound of mosques every two hours is so loud. And to get to Taksim you need to climb a hill. No facilities in the room as napkin, toilet paper, shower gel there’s literally nothing. So disappointed and angry

A kitchen girl and the cleaning of rooms were both the same girls. So, I feel like a cook must be different.

Everything was perfect — 10/10 for cleanliness, comfort, location, and facilities. A special thanks to Yusuf, Mortza, Mohammed and all other staff for there outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and support throughout the stay. They made the entire experience smooth and truly enjoyable. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded expectations.
