had a very pleasant stay at Taksim Suites Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location with easy walking access to Taksim Square. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

location is prefect for roaming around and very close to taksim square. checking inn and checking out very smooth and staff friendly and always greet you with smile. apartment furniture and aesthetics are getting old and needs change. elevator is pretty small and for family of 5 you need to break up into 2 groups

The staff members were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Even before our flight, they responded quickly to our emails answered any questions we had regarding accommodation/ transportation. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Since it was our first visit to Istanbul, the staff took their time to explain where the important places to visit. They also explained how to use public transportation, which was conveniently accessible near the hotel and commonly used by tourists. They consistently offered useful advice and recommendations on places to visit and where to find what we needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were. They would even call restaurants or stores on our behalf to check whether they were open or if specific items were available. When we became sick during our stay, they checked in on us and did their best to provide support and assistance.

Location, staff and services Location is very handy, staff and manager are always helpful, breakfast is good was offered free with the suite. It is not an issue but would be good if another lift can be added (current lift is too small)

Absolutely nothing. Scam alert I walked in to a filthy room, bed was not made, food all over the place, went in the bathroom, crap in it, not flushed. Filth on the wall, ac not working. They moved me to a different room. The bathroom was not functioning, open bottom sink that leaks all over. No sofa bed as advertised, simply wooden sofa. They advertised as a great place 4+stars, which is not even close to zero star. Elevator super small, when I got to my floor, before I even open the elevator door, someone else has pushed the button , so it took us to different floor. The place lacks maintenance. I did not feel safe. I checked out immediately and refused to give us any money back.

Nothing. I checked out immediately Place filthy, super old. It is misrepresented in advertising as 4+ star. It is negative star even a hostel is better. I asked for a refund, they refused. It is a scam. The way they addressed a leaking sink is by putting pail under it. The sofa was filthy and it is not even a sleep sofa, l said it is dirty. They put a sheet on it. I did not stay more than half an hour, I wished I stayed little longer to take more pictures

Great location, walking distance to wonderful restaurants. Room had big beautiful windows looking at the Bosphorus.
