Bad experience the hotel was not clean and the room was too small no towels on the room when I asked the staff they ignored me

Best location. 10-12 minutes walk by Aya Sofia and blue mosque and staff are really good The location is very awesome and I really enjoyed the breakfast and the abla who made the breakfast really pure hearted lady much respect for her.

Location is not bad So first of all, it was supposted to be hotel, But its like little house w apartments. For our 4 nights besides when we first day we arrived, they didn’t provide us any clean towels, toilet paper, clean sheets and etc. The sheets had stains, we didn’t have TV, although i think that it was written that we will have it. Their hair dryer broke, and we called them. They told us that they will fix it tomorrow. Althought i told them that i just washed my hair and i need hair dryer. They didn’t fix or change hair dryer until the end of our Stay (hair dryer broke on our first day) In five days no one came to clean the Room. They didn't even throw out the garbage bag

Great value, location and price Good shower pressure but no handle and had the half glass shower. Had to be careful as the water can get deep and spill into the bedroom

The only good thing about the property was the Short distance to the center. 1. We stayed There for 5 days, of which, 3 days we had to buy another hotel stay So we can actually sleep. They were using the ground floor (we were staying at 1) as a deposit, So they dropped heavy things on the floor at all times that was the biggest problem. Its not like they are doing noise at 13:00 or even 17:00, they were doing that noise all the time EVEN ar 3:00 early in the morning. We literally couldnt sleep AT ALL! I was There trying to talk with them, but the little boy at the reception knew no english So we tried to comunicate with google translate with no result. 2. There was a constant tobacco smell in our room! I dont know What happened in that “ hotel “ which is of course an exagerated word for this location, but the 2 nights we spent in their room (out of 5 we paid) our room was filled with tobacco smoke. I went to the reception again, and the guy (it was a new guy this time) came with me and asked me to be a detective! Literally he put me to SMEELL each door So we investigate Where the smoke comes from. After i was Sherlock Holmes, we couldnt find the room, but he entered my room and a knowledged the smell. Nothing happened not even a “Sorry we cant do anything” nothing at all. 3. It was dirty as hell. For that i have a lor of pictures to show you guys, but everything was disgusting. From the main door of the room which was not closing easily, we had to PUSH the door with a lot of power So it can be closed. My girlfriend couldnt even Close it by herself. As for the other mess in the room, the pictures will explain everything. 4. They are Big liers. I was literally contacting booking non stop through out my vacation, asking them for a 3 day refund, the 3 days i got another hotel, because of course im a rational person and even though the hotel stay for first and last night was completely terrible, i stayed There So i wanted no refund for them. But guess What?

Location There was a door missing in the shower and when having a showered water all over. The mattress was confortable but not the base of the bed. Very noisy and old. But I must admit they are changing things now and I saw new mattresses so I’m sure things will be different next time.

Absolutely EVERYTHING. DID NOT STAY. Had to go to a different hotel. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. Unpleasant, unclean, NO ROOMS AT ALL LIKE THE BOOKING PHOTOS.

I liked the value for money. Room comfort was good. I was not provided with Mango Juice, Honey & San Sebastian Cheesecake as I requested and was accepted, but I was not provided with it.

The hotel was affull and it was all moldy. We do not recommend staying here at any case. We had to change hotel and they didnt give us our money back.

Nothing as we write How many shall I start with when you ask me about problems 1) No people can speak English who you will be able to communicate 2) They are all liars and they use fake advertising to attract customers like they say in every room lake views but when I went there they didn’t even have a room Selected and no lake view at all. 3) The staff and manager was rude and has no intention to help us as customers at all. 4) As we were in hotel we on with booking.com and they were calling the hotel reception and in-front of us we see that purposely they are not picking up the phone as they will have to answer and respond and give refund as they clearly know it’s their fault and not customers fault at all. 5) Such an unpleasant experience with Booking.com is totally unexpected and I am sorry to say this kind of service will not give me any interest to book with booking.com

The door to the building was open and unguarded until the late hours of the night. While our room itself had a lock, it wasn't comforting to have there be zero security at the front door. The room itself was as listed. We were looking for a cheap, clean place to stay close to the Hagia Sophia. This place met those expectations.
