I had a great time at 10 Karaköy. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely top-notch. The location is good—it is very walkable, and I was easily able to get everywhere on foot.My only minor issue was some outside noise in my room. However, when I mentioned it, the staff was very understanding and kindly told me that next time I should just let them know so they could change my room to a quieter one. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Since we were staying in Istanbul for several days, we decided to spend a little more on this room than we had for most of the places we stayed in Turkey and it was 100% worth it. Our room was huge and had an amazing view across the strait to the oldest part of the city. The staff were very helpful and had great English skills. We stayed in the hotel's "annex," which is just around the corner from the main hotel, so I don't know if the rooms in the main part are as wonderful, but we were super happy with our stay. There are several nice breakfast places in the adjacent blocks, so that was convenient. Also, the tram was a short walk away (at the Galata bridge) and, if it hadn't been so hot, we could have easily walked to the old part of the city. Honestly, we had no complaints!

Location is just perfect, close to all transportation in Istanbul. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and the hospitality was amazing. There is some noise due to traffic in the street, especially at night.

Had an amazing stay here, everyone was so fantastic and it’s only 5 minutes away from the tram station.

The location is perfect very close to the Tram and the tunnel to Isteklal walking distance for all the spots that you want to visit

Staff at reception couldn’t have been more helpful. Plenty of options provided for what to do and when. Always up for a chat and to help out with any and all requests. Room view was maybe the best I’ve ever had and room was spotless!
