Beautiful ceiling made of wood and steel Staff was friendly. 24/7 reception, easy check in Not very clean, especially in shower area Mattress and pillow if very poor quality

The Penthouse suite is really tiny. It's weird that it is priced same as the Terrace suite.

Upkeep is a little out of date - minor things need repairs (reading lights not working or missing, some bathrooms' vents don't work, etc). The terrace floor could be swept more often, as it collects dust quickly. But the views from it are unbeatable!

The hosts were really nice and the room was clean as well! If you have huge suitcases just be aware that u will be lugging them just abit,but it will be worth jt since the location is 10/10. Its very close to karakoy, a train station and a bus station. I will easily book again with them!

The staff is friendly. The rooftop view is beautiful. Soundproof is bad, people yelling at midnight, bad sleep.

Everything was good. People on reception are friendly and helped us with taxi. Hotel is close to the historical district near Galata tower, so you can see a real Istanbul Wifi connection could be a little bit faster

The hotel is in central area, only 5 mins walk to Galata Tower. Also it's easy to get to T1 station within 5 mins walk. 10 mins walk to another business area and M2. Reception guys were really nice, they gave me an umbrella when it was raining and we didn't even ask :) The decoration is a bit factory style where there're brakes exposed on the wall. It's actually fine, but there's dust falling from the brakes, which is not good. Also there's dust on the ground which I assumed was from the opening window.
