Vogue Hotel Supreme Istanbul

"We had a truly wonderful stay. A special thank you to the reception manager, Talha, for his incredible kindness in accommodating us with an early check-in. We had just returned from Umrah and were exhausted from no sleep, so this gesture was deeply appreciated.Beyond the service, the breakfast was great, the room was perfectly clean, and the view of the Hagia Sophia was absolutely awesome. We will definitely be visiting again!"

The location of the Vogue Hotel is excellent and is kept up nicely on the outside. The hotel is centrally located to the Grand Bazaar, which is a short 10-15 walk. The staff is very hospitable and friendly. I appreciated the restaurant and store recommendations. The room is spacious and the shower is superb. Our view from our room of the Sophia was great! The restaurant connected to the hotel serves refreshing fresh squeezed orange juice, beer, and lattes and cappuccinos with nuts. The hotel hallways and rooms could use some modernization with removing the carpet, adding lighting, and updating the interior. Also, I recommend washing the bedding in sensitive detergent as both my husband and I had sensitivity to the bedding. Additionally, I recommend replacing the extremely heavy hotel room doors. I’m a strong person and had a difficult time opening and closing and holding the door open. The breakfast was our least favorite. The chefs couldn’t make an omelette for the life of them. Also, I recommend labeling what all the different foods are. Side note- we weren’t made aware that there was a pool. Perhaps it wasn’t season time for the pool.

The location is absolutely fantastic. Given the large population in Istanbul and the busy streets, being able to walk to many sites of historical interest is incredibly convenient for a tourist and makes for a more relaxing stay. I ordered breakfast with my room reservation and am glad that I did, especially for the convenience. The food was delicious and the options for breakfast were many. I had dinner at the hotel once and that food was also delicious. Whenever I needed anything, the staff promptly and politely accommodated me. Upon arrival, I spoke to Ayhan at the front desk. He discussed many different aspects of getting around in Istanbul. It was very helpful for someone unfamiliar with the area to receive this useful advice. He put me in a room that had a fantastic view land side. The room was clean and comfortable. The valet was very thorough in showing me how to work the thermostat and other features of the room. The person providing daily housekeeping was also very nice and patient. I only know a tiny bit of Turkish. My native language is English. I had no problem communicating with the staff. There is no access to the front of the hotel by car. However, given the very heavy automobile traffic in that part of Istanbul, I would say that it is a good thing that the front of the hotel is for foot traffic only. The hotel does have an electric cart that staff can move guests and luggage to the road for pick up and drop off at vehicles. The blocked off road is probably the best solution, however, because it keeps the front of the hotel with its outdoor dining peaceful. Guests need to be aware that upon arrival, they should contact the hotel to let them know to bring the electric cart when they arrive. While the room and lobby and dining areas were very clean, the carpeting in the room had light stains in it in various locations and the hallway carpeting on my floor had dark patches where it looked like something had spilled onto the floor. I would imagine that these stains could be cleaned up a bit. I was disappointed that cleaning the ones in the hallway did not seem to have been attempted. For me, however, the status of the carpets did not impact my ratings. I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel and highly recommend it.

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The location is outstanding. The breakfast has variety and is delicious. The staff are super nice.

Fantastic location - walkable to Blue Mosque , Top Kapi and Hagia Sofia Mosque. Nice breakfast. Front desk arranged for a cab for me for airport. They arranged for a private taxi but charged me much less. The view from my room was not that good. I would encourage the staff to do upgrades ( related to views ) if there are rooms available.

A super convenient location on a pedestrian street but which made meeting our transfers a bit challenging. The staff here are great and eager to help make your trip special. Restaurant on site and coffee/tea in the rooms. It was showing its age and in need to an update.

One room in Family room( ensiute) has no windows. The view from this kind of rooms in to an indoor yard. All rooms are at ground floor

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is efficient and helpful. The restaurant/bar located on the ground floor offers nice options.

The room wasn't very clean: stained carpet, curtains and bed bench.

The room furniture was very old and the carpet was old too. The location is amazing. I will recommend a renovation of the hotel to maximize the investment.
