Great location, overall very comfortable. First floor studio apartment. Booking.com included free airport taxi to the location. Huge factor in my decision to use them instead of airbnb. The "cooktop" was nothing more than a hot plate and would not maintain high temperature to cook pasta, etc. It was OK to fry eggs or reheat food. A toaster would be nice. A few basics like paper towel, salt & pepper, olive oil, fresh bottle of water to get started would be helpful. I usually book airbnb apartments so my expectations were based on those experiences. I left a multi roll package of paper towels behind for the next guests.

They were always available & friendly. The kitchenette & some pieces of the furnture are old.

There is no information, that here is a railway line under the windows and a train passes by all day long.

Nothing , could not stay there , as they booked us , me and kids with many huge luggage’s at fourth floor with no lift No info on not availability of lift

Great location close to all main attractions. The view from the window wasn’t the best, but the place was quiet. The beds were large and very comfortable, and the shower had nice hot water. The owner was friendly and welcoming However, the place could be cleaner — there was quite a bit of mold on the walls. The shower was leaky, the towel holder was broken, and the freezer door was missing. Microwave, that was on the picture,was missing

The apartment is located in the old town so it is a problem to find parking but we were lucky to park right in front of the hotel. The apartment is in the attic so it is a problem to use the bathroom and kitchen because the roof is low. The cleanliness is good and the view of the Bosphorus is a rest for the eyes. The owner came to check if we were satisfied. All the important historical buildings are nearby. I recommend. Payment is at the hotel.

The fridge doesn’t work very well. The stove wasn't working, but they replaced it on the first day.

Price and how close was to the main attractions Streets are too narrowed and finding parking is pretty hard. But this does not depend on the host.

Fantastic location. It is very close to major tourist spots and tram connections. The host was helpful, communicative, and arranged airport pickup at a fair price. The noise is relentless: trains thunder past every 10–15 minutes from 5:30 a.m. until midnight, shaking the building and making sleep nearly impossible if you're in a balcony room. The Wi-Fi is weak and unstable, there's no receptionist, payment is inconveniently cash-only (collected by the maid), and despite requesting it, no receipt was provided. Walls are thin, so you’ll hear your neighbours, especially in the bathroom.

The apartment is located very close to all the attractions if you’re visiting Istanbul for the first time. The stuff is so friendly and helpful. Gulya is an amazing lady that will help you with anything you need. The price is manageable and the apartment is clean.

The location in Sultanachmed area being just 4 min walk of the back of the Blue Mosque and the Arasta Bazaar The front view across the street and surroundings and the fact that there are broken items like the balcony door, ceiling in the large apartment as well cleaning supplies left at the front door and that you have to pay cash only upfront in spite of booking it with a credit card and it not being mentioned beforehand

Everything was great. Perfect location. Ill be back next year. Missing parking space.
