The location is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. The sea view isn’t really a sea view. The staff were nice enough to change our room to a higher floor to have a better view.

I would also like to express my sincere thanks to the managers, Khalid and Abdulrahman. They went above and beyond to help us with everything, from internet issues to any other questions or problems we had. Even though we asked a lot of questions, they were always patient, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you once again for your excellent hospitality. We truly appreciated everything.

The location is great ! Just 3 min to Sultanahmed and 4 min to the seaside . The facilities are good enough for a solo traveller . The price surprised me for this time of the year , very reasonable for such a great location and decent room. The receptionists are very helpful , polite and friendly . No breakfast but you have a zillion of cafes around . I also like it that they have a good hair dryer , not the one you can only dry your hair , but a professional styling one ( for me it is important) I would 100 % recommend it . The towels were clean but they already need changing I think.

The guy at the reception was super kind, and he helped us all the time with all of our questions. The location of the hotel is amazing. Do not order taxi via uber, ask the guy to order the taxi for you. My room was in a semi basement and the cleaning wasn’t very good but it was acceptable.

We felt safe and the staff were really nice and helpful. Location is very good, very close to all attractions. We even walked to Galata tower from there.

We absolutely loved our stay at Efzen Hotel. The location was perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Istanbul.

Great location and great staff. You could tell they had put a lot of thought into simple things to make the stay nice, like purified water at the front desk. Staff was very helpful with information on the area. The immediate neighborhood and room were very quiet. One of the best values we found in Istanbul and our travels. The bed was a little hard for my preference, but I found the same for most hotels in the region.
