It’s near Taksim and close to İBB Karaköy Sahil Parkı great location. The staff treated me very nicely and made me feel very welcome. Also, when I asked for a late checkout, they said "no problem" without any hassle. If you have a big, heavy suitcase, carrying it up tiny stairs to the 3rd or 4th floor is really hard. Also, the room looks very different from the photos in reality it seems quite old, so it wasn’t what I expected for what I paid.

The location was great. The staff were helpful. I would only stay again if the rooms were updated with newer linens, TV and appliances. Furniture, appliances, TV, bedding, and bed either did not work or old and dirty. The rooms need to be updated with newer TV’s and appliances. The furniture needs to be covered or replaced. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper.

The location is very good. It is near the Bosphorus, restaurants, a metro station, Galata Tower, There was no view from the window, but just the stone wall. Also, the curtains were dusty.

This place is such a find. It's at an ideal location close to cafés, restaurants, shops and Galata Tower, yet in a quiet street. It's even in (longer) walking distance to many major sites and museums. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are super nice and helpful. They arranged a taxi pick-up from the airport which went very smooth. This was the second time we stayed here, and we definitely hope to be back.

The location was pretty good. The staff was friendly and answered our questions patiently. There were slippers, kettle, water, tea and coffee in the room. They were cleaning the room on time and each time a bottle of free water was placed. Also, the speed of the wifi was high enough. There was not toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. There is no elevator at the hotel.

The location was good The room was so humid and warm. It doesn’t have any windows and that makes the room dark and even more humid. It affected my health because of my allergies and the personal did not attend my request to change the room.

The location is the best in Istanbul for tourists in my opinion, as it between Galata and Beyoğlu area. You can go walking to istiklal or Karaköy, it's very close. There is also the metro nearby and the bus stops. Definitely recommend. Also the staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home. They are always available and took care of our transfer from and to the airport. There is no elevator and we were staying in the 4th floor.

The hotel left only positive impressions! Its location is simply excellent – right next to Galata Tower and within walking distance of all the major attractions of Istanbul. The infrastructure is top-notch, with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. My room was absolutely comfortable, everything worked perfectly, and there was more than enough of everything. Thank you for the excellent service and pleasant atmosphere! As for the staff, I would like to give a special thanks to Anastasia. She is a wonderful receptionist—very friendly and welcoming. She is always ready to help and resolve any guest inquiries. I especially want to highlight her attentive and caring approach to welcoming guests, which creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere. She also speaks English, Russian, and Ukrainian, which is a great advantage for the hotel since Istanbul attracts people from all over the world. The airport transfer was organized at the highest level—everything went smoothly and comfortably. Overall, the service left only positive impressions—thank you very much!

The rooms were spacious, which I liked very much. The admin, Vedat was very friendly. Overall, it is a good place for an affordable price.
