Location is perfect. We didn't get a balcony as promised

Nothing Very disappointing experience. The apartment was in unsafe condition: mold, moisture damage, peeling paint, exposed electrical wiring, broken fire alarm, strong cigarette smell, and constant noise. There was no staff on-site, and the reception was unattended. I reported everything with photo and video evidence. The property refused to help and stopped responding. Booking.com support did not resolve the issue either — instead, they stepped back and offered only €27 compensation, which is completely inadequate given the situation. I had to leave the property the next morning and book another hotel at my own expense. Not acceptable.

It’s not a hotel. Just rooms. Some of our rooms were spacious and nice It’s not. A hotel. Not hotel service, terrible breakfast. Far from everything.

The accommodation is in a very good location. Just a few minutes' walk to the main shopping street. The metro and tram are within a reasonable distance. There is a very competent and friendly contact person on site. Our apartment was even cleaned twice during our 8-day stay. nothing for which the accommodation would be responsible.

Very clean, spacious, good space and kitchen ( very useful when traveling with kids). Very nice staff and the hotel manager was super helpful and friendly. Convenience stores near by and pedestrian street full of restaurants only in 10 minutes walking distance. Don’t have any.

Our stay at this property was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The suite was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable, and the environment was peaceful and relaxing. The location was also ideal: close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet quiet and private. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which made us feel truly at home. They even helped us with‌ last day breakfast when we needed to check out the room at 8 am they make the breakfast ready for us at 7 which is not common hour for serving breakfast.Also owner of property made sure we had everything we needed. We travel a lot, but this experience stood out as one of the best. It’s clear that the hosts truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to make everything perfect. We are so grateful and will definitely be coming back. Highly, highly recommended! Nothing

Authentic and well located.

The manager of the building was extremely attentive to our needs. Very helpful. Breakfast was delivered to the room at the time of your choice. It was clean and safe. Great location as well. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and other attractions. It was a great stay! The rooms are not very soundproof, so you can easily hear the rooms around.

Great historical building, spacious and nicely furnished room with a great breakfast waiting by your door at the time of your choosing in the morning. Sam gave us a few two recommendations for food and both were great. The location is quite but just a few hundred meters away for restaurants anid shops.
