Location - perfect. In addition, great breakfast. To be hones, we found it quite calm and silent; Hygiene. I have a feeling that those curtains has never been washed. Maybe they need to change the vacuum-cleaner cos you can find hairs all around...

- Oral communication in English through the person answering the phone in the hotel was just not possible. Written communication via chat was, nevertheless, better. - We were charged more to cover the exchange fee for Lira, though our bank card was a Visa debit card, which can be used all over the world except for countries whose banks are sanctioned. As far as we know, the bank charges the payer the exchange fee, not the payee.

The only positive was the central location of the hotel . The room was always warm. Cleanliness (curtains and pillowcases much torn, hair everywhere, no cleaning services any day - only when asked) Narrow rooms, no space even for the suitcase . Breakfast place was too dirty (cups as well - disgusting)

Amazing staff and the location of the hotel. Do recommending to stay in this place. Everything was ok, no complaints.

The location is the best thing about this hotel. It is very near Istikal and Taksim. The room wasn't very clean. The drawers had dust in them, also on the top of the safe deposit box. The toilet flush broke and had to be fixed. Once the cleaner forgot wet cloth in the sink in the bathroom. The room where they serve breakfast is also filthy and not higenic enough for breakfast. The room was available for a price of 500euros for 8 nights, as a discount action from 1000euros, but I think it is just a marketing trick. It could never be worth 1000euros. The realistic price is 500euros.

The only thing which anyone can like is location only and only 2 staff Mr Ali and Mr Halid is available and are very helpful Cleanliness, space,bathroom, sofabed,tored bedsheets and blankets, ants inside the room

the only good thing is the Convenient location . Dont get fooled by the photos , the rooms are not the same as the photos , they are very small with questionable cleanliness.
