Great location, walking distance to attractions and wonderful rooftop bar. The staff was so helpful and friendly, they helped us book a taxi for 4am in the morning.

I felt like home, and thanks to the staff in the hotel, mentioning them by name because they were extremely helpful and welcoming ..! Reception & hotel staff: Umut Musa Suat Ozgur Cihan Umut Cleaners and all Khai’s Family ? Cleaning: the rooms are super clean but some rooms might be smelly , smells come from outside the hotel , so it’s not an internal issue , but this applies to some rooms not all… Noise: the hotel has a very good isolation between rooms , you don’t hear anything inside the hotel from other room, but a bit noisy from outside (Tram, cars) which will be less noisy after 12 am. You can sleep this wont make an issue unless you’re very sensitive to noise. Location: its PERFECT, near to tram station, ferry station,Galata bridge, Galata tower , Galata port , shops , coffee shops , restaurants. ( all by walking ?) The location is in Karakoy which is a very vivid place , alot of tourists and very active, so you won’t feel you are in an isolated place. Safety : super safe , at night they lock the main door so no outside visitors can come and only residents with hotel cards can enter !! (Perfect for solo) Facilities: no breakfast but they have rooftop AMAZING view u can see all Istanbul from there with AMAZING music & also a closed restaurant with a view to the city in 8th floor. A breakfast would be nice to have

Very nice hotel in Karaköy which is a fantastic location to explore Istanbul. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and super helpful in every way. The room is comfortable and convenient. The hotel reception is open 24/7. Restaurants are all around and it is easy to walk just about everywhere. A hotel to remember. N/A

The stuff is so professional. Personally I would especially single out to Ali from the bar down and Umut from the reception desk as well as Musa. Dzihan and Umut 2 were responsible for the best cocktailsI have ever tried before. Everyone is very kind, wonderful, smiling, full of positive energy. This is my second time in this hotel and I am definitely going to come back because this location this energy of people who work here is like a big family. Thank you guys for everything ??

The staff were extremely polite, helpful, kind, and professional - this was definitely the highlight of my stay. They made me feel welcomed and taken care of. However, there was one uncomfortable moment: in the morning, staff attempted to enter my room without prior permission. This affected my sense of privacy and felt unpleasant.

The property is perfectly located. I’d rather stay on this side of Istanbul close to Galata Tower than the other side -Blue Mosque- It is close to a lot of attractions at night, and you can feel the good vibe the whole day. However, if you wanna go to the main attractions, you can easily walk 30 minutes, cross the bridge and you’ll be fine Food at both restaurants is great and the service at the front desk too They are all very helpful The rooms are small. They don’t offer breakfast. They do not have a gym nor other amenities

The Hotel was centrally located, had friendly staff. The Interior of the hotel was quite modern, and rooms were clean and cozy. Reaching this hotel was easy, being close to many public transportation stations. nothing really.

Renovated, nice decoration, comfortable bed, delicious shower, amazing staff, incredible views from rooftop. Missing hot pot for heating water and no breakfast included.
