The room was clean and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel manager was very disappointing. I have been a loyal guest of this hotel for more than ten years and I travel frequently around the world, staying in many hotels. However, this was the first time I experienced such an unfriendly and unprofessional attitude from a hotel manager. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or maintain a good relationship with a long-time guest, he told me that if I was not satisfied, I could simply move to another hotel and leave. This was very surprising and disappointing.

Masterpiece in Istanbul Nothing

The room was amazing! The staff also always there to assist 24/7. Wonderful and comfortable bed! First night there was noise from upstairs (it was a family with children) but reception was there and managed to change our room immediately (same night) so no issue. :)

I had purpose-of-life talks with the smart Gokhan; we also shared a taste in music and they even let me create a playlist for the music in the lobby. Huseyin always ensured everything was in order and that hotel guests were taken care of; he also gave me a lot of good advice. Usman is so friendly and always willing to help. The hotel has a great vibe because these individuals created a comfortable and secure environment for everyone. Lale, the housekeeping manager, was a delight. If you needed anything, she had it taken care of. Tahiya, the sweet and kind housekeeper, felt like a sister to me. I have never experienced this level of care at larger chain hotels. I am looking forward to my next stay.

This was truly one of the most outstanding accommodations we have ever experienced. The entire staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly welcoming. We extend a special commendation to Tahiya for her diligent daily efforts in maintaining the pristine condition of our room. The reception and restaurant teams were highly responsive. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet offered excellent variety and changed daily. The hotel's location is superb, situated just a 3- to 5-minute walk from Istiklal Street and a maximum 10-minute walk from Taksim Metro Station. Our Duplex Suite was fantastic, and the cohesive, cozy design of both the room and the reception area was particularly appealing. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit. Nothing

There was no universal charging points. Also the usb ports was not wokring. Phone charging was a problem

Perfect location. Just a short walk from İstiklal Caddesi and Taksim Square. The surrounding area is full of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended. It’s worth noting that the hotel is located on a very narrow street with a steep incline — but that’s quite common in Istanbul. The rooms where my friends and I stayed (suites on the 4th floor) were very spacious, which was a big plus. However, despite the excellent location and the size of the rooms, the hotel is in clear need of renovation and better attention to some basic hospitality standards. A few examples: - I found it odd that I had to call reception to request a hairdryer, as there wasn’t one in our suite. - I couldn’t sleep well because the pillows were too high and soft for me. When I asked for a lower one, the receptionist simply said they didn’t have any others. Even a small effort to offer an alternative would have been appreciated. - We only had one small roll of toilet paper for a 5-day stay and had to call in the middle of the night to request another. - Housekeeping was inconsistent: the first day, they left us just one towel; the second day, only one extra face towel for the shower. It took a complaint for them to finally bring a proper stack of towels. - Four out of five curtains couldn’t be opened or closed properly because the tracks were old and jammed. - Most sockets were loose and falling out of the walls. The toilet seat didn’t fit properly and had damaged the wall behind it. The shower head was full of limescale and practically unusable. Lastly, the cleaning could be significantly improved. Finding long hair on both pillows every evening after returning from a long day out is not acceptable, and the floor was noticeably dusty throughout our stay. This place has great potential thanks to its location and room size — but it truly needs better maintenance and more care for the basics.

Our room Design Suite was excellent. Large living area. Very comfortable bedroom and large bathroom. The breakfast buffet was sub-standard. Often the hot food was empty, the staff were completely disorganized and not attentive to refilling the options that were empty.

The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful.

Everything was wonderful here. We stayed here for 9 days and could not have picked a better place. My wife & I rented the 2 story loft. It was extremely spacious with a TV on each floor. A 1/2 bath on the first floor and full bath on 2nd floor. A small kitchenette which we did not use other than the fridge. Balcony which faced the street. It offered a view of the “entertaining activity” happening in the building directly in front during the night. Heavy curtains block out light and vision when wanting privacy. Short 1 minute walk to the busy Istikal Street. Metro train 5 minutes walk to Taksim Square. SOOOO MUCH to do within a short distance. Breakfast was also great with fresh made eggs by order and a wide array of selections. We would come here again in the future. Nothing. All was perfect.

Everything is perfect ? I’m in love with the style of this hotel! The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is also perfect, close to Taxim and Galata. I will definitely come here next time! Nothing

It was great stay! we had our honeymoon and the team made sure that we had an amazing experience, they prepared surprise, it was so sweet of them! overall location is the best. Everything is clean and beautiful.
