Its very good hotel i recommend the staff are amazing and friendly they welcomed us with big joy they even help us moving my grandma she cant walk they helped me moving her with the wheelchair the rooms are clean we even got free room upgrade i do highly recommend this hotel im more than satisfied

We liked everything. The location is good and easily reachable. We got the free room upgrade, and the hotel has arranged a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was very delicious. Stuff was very friendly. Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location, close to transport and main attractions. I was given a room with a beautiful sea view. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast and food were also good Nothing significant — everything suited me well

I love the breakfast, It had so much varieties and hot and cold options for everyone. It also had soup ? The room and bathroom are nice, the matress was so comfortable for me that I did not wakeup at night (I usually wakeup many time if the matress is not good) . I loved that they offer lemon-mint tea in the room, instead of the usual things. Regarding the location, it is close to everything, in terms of attractions, Metro, buses, as well as wholesale shops. Just keep in mind that if you are leaving in the morning, it is better to wait for the taxi at the begining of the road, because some containers might be blocking the street. I would definitely stay at this hotel again whenever I travel to Istanbul.

The room was cold. It was just 22 Celsius in the room in February and the aircondition couldn't heat the air above 22 Celsius.

They have more options for breakfast, room is very comfortable and their reception staffs are very friendly, helpful and welcome.

Everything was beautiful. We were welcomed very kindly and the service is at the level. The food was completely satisfactory. The rooms are small but quite sufficient, clean and tidy for two people. The location is perfect and all attractions are very close. We will come back again and a big greeting to the hosts.
