Location was excellent. Breakfast was good. A little out dated. Wallpaper peeling off the walls in our room. Window didn’t close/latch properly.

The location was great and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The coffee was truly exceptional. There's only one thing I'm not completely satisfied with. Our room didn't have a nice cozy light. So in the evening we had two options - either have the bright ceiling light on or sit in the dark.

Hotel is at good location. Room had been very small and in poor state. Wall need new wallpaper, ceiling was falling down, bathroom was smelly and small.

The breakfast was very good; the coffee and tea were also very tasty. The location is also excellent, as it's close to all the attractions. In the evening, there are many restaurants nearby where you can enjoy Turkish cuisine and the atmosphere. The room was good, although the bathroom didn't entirely meet my expectations (there was a little mold), but overall it wasn't bad.

The staff has always been great and very attentive, the location is incredible since you are walking distance to all the big sites located in Istanbul Old City, very safe area with many shops around you so buying souveniers and going out for a bite is extremely easy I have stayed here three times but it is the first time in which I stay at the 6th floor to which the elevator does not work. This should be warned to guests. Also, there were some renovations going on and during the day there was constant hammering and drilling sounds.

The location is amazing right in the middle of the city. The breakfast is quite not bad. The house maid was the best really sweet and she does her job really well we left all our belongings and she never took anything, we were in the second floor for reference. The receptionists where nice. Overall it was a good experience. The heater was too high we had to open the windows to be able to sleep because we couldn't turn it off or down.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms are clean. We were in a triple and a double room. The triple room is quite small and there is not much space for things, but the double room is ok. The staff was friendly and helpful.
