Beautiful resort with three pools,air-conditioned rooms, games area, bar, spa facilities and a private beach section accessible via an underground passage.Staff are very friendly and professional, with special thanks to bartender Mikes for great service. The all-inclusive package also includes one à la carte dinner by the Food-wise,it is above average.Breakfast is the same every day,but there is such a wide selection that it does not become repetitive.Lunches and dinners change daily and also offer a broad variety of options. The resort benefits greatly from its hardworking staff—if the overall facilities matched their level of service,it could easily be a 4-star or higher property There is a lack of clear rules around sunbeds, leading to guests reserving chairs early and leaving them unused for long periods. There are also not enough sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool and beach and many are worn or damaged and could use maintenance or replacement. In addition, some even set up tents around the pool area, which makes the all-inclusive experience less enjoyable.Rooms are not as well soundproofed as described in the booking information, with hallway noise often audible. My only criticism of the staff relates to the housekeeping team,as at times guests who are still resting may be disturbed by staff engaging in loud conversations in the hallways.Hygiene is also affected by dirty plates and leftover food left on tables near elevators. In addition, booking shows double beds, but in standard rooms you are given two single beds pushed together;proper double beds are only available in premium rooms only

Property was lovely and staff were amazing so friendly and willing to help. Facilities were great especially for children with plenty to do. Supermarkets and shops nearby and bus or short cab ride to Rhodes town which was beautiful at night. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Beach is a little bit disappointed, stony. Not so clean. There is no WC at beach.

Except for the children who loved the children's pool with the pirate ship The food was low quality. Every day there was the same menu, which didn't make me want to come every time to eat in the dining room. Unfortunately the hotel did not look like a 4 star hotel. The room we got is equal to a hostel room, even though we asked for a higher quality room, we got a poor standard room. Everything is old and does not reflect the very expensive price we paid for what we received. The food was reasonable minus, not as expected from a 4 star hotel. The reception staff was fine, tried to help but there was no room like we booked available.

Super friendly staff!!! Great aqua gym team! Nice food! Great location close to Rhodes medieval town. 2 nice swimming pools. Great weather in October 2023. Great balcony view towards the garden and sea (room 302). We stayed in room 302 and could hear noise from room 303 very clear. It didn’t disturb us a lot but it could be improved.

Pool, Not Large but at least there were 2 pool areas. One pool seemed to attract families which left the smaller pool clear for couples. Gardens and pool surrounding garden areas poorly maintained. Overcrowding at meal times. Understaffed. It was like a cattle market. Whole impression of everything was that, it was poorly managed. The staff were tried their very best, but it was impossible to give the service we would have expected. THIS IS A 2 ** HOTEL

Good selection of food available and cheerful engaging staff. A good selection of drinks always available. Just an all round no nonsense holiday. Nothing really.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpfull, from the room cleaners to the waiters to the receptionists and bar staff. The hotel and grounds were very clean and constantly being cleaned by staff. The rooms and lobbies above ground floor are quite dated.
