Absolutely nothing. It's over the top and horrible. The food, the decor, everything. For a five-star hotel, we got served stale bread with our salads ? that we ordered at check-in. We ordered the chicken Ceasars salad and got 3 little pieces of chicken chicken with a big bowl of lettuce leaves, drenched in in disgusting sauce. How does a 5-star establishment serve food like this. At breakfast, they are serving shop bought nasty white and brown bread..... how is this even possible ? It was soooo NASTY! I will never go to this hotel again, and I suggest no one else does. It's a BIG FAT disappointment!

The breakfast was fantastic and very diverse. The location was exquisite. The Butler service was an experience. I got an upgrade to a honeymoon package with no extra charge. Nothing.

The room was huge and very comfortable. The style was rather exotic, not necessarily what I expect from Waldorf Astoria. Some of the facilities are only available in the adjacent Hilton. That should be immediately visible when booking.

the property itself its amazing the service its TERRIBLE. you are staying and paying for a Waldorf Astoria but using Hilton facilities. Even breakfast. they were not able to provide us not either transportation from the airport, or a guide tour. we have to look it for ourself. also, nobody speaks english so It was almost impossible to make a request. we left 2 nights earlier
