Good location This place lacks security, the front gate was unlocked and all the doors in the facility were open or unlocked. I wouldn’t feel safe and probably would’ve left if I weren’t travelling with my boyfriend. I wouldn’t recommend for female solo travellers. There was a male guest there that was hassling me and making me feel so unsafe and there was no one at the reception to help. We were charged $357 on top of our one night stay price for absolutely no reason, no one could explain it to us. I followed up with management 3 or 4 times before I said I would physically come back to the hostel to collect my money, which I eventually got. I’m not sure what would’ve happened if I wasn’t able to get back to Jerusalem. The bathroom also felt unsafe and wouldn’t recommend for solo female travellers. For a capsule hostel it was pretty pricey but cheapest in the area so I guess you get what you pay for.

The concept is cool but the result is horrible. We booked 3 nights there, expecting our stay was goind to be great. First time we arrived to the place, there were 2 people waiting for the host to appear to do the check in, he came after an hour and just said I left the keys in the desk, you could have just taken them. He showed us our capsule and the inside is ok, but once you touch the bed, feels like you are sleeping on the floor. They are really noisy, all the movements from the people above or below, you can here. We wanted to get a locker but there was only 2 lockers working, the rest were broken. You can still using them but they are not so close to the capsules. The toilets are ok, but the bath there are 2 and one has the door broken and no place to put your stuff safe. We paid a lot of money to have this terrible experience, trust me, we will not go back there again.

The receptionist seemed like a nice person, he gave us some advice and the capsules are really cool concept Bathrooms and kitchen were dirty, no hot water, some of the people staying at that place longterm were not okay - for ex. my boyfriend had his jacket stolen, then we found one of the guys wearing it. Not enough lockers, some of them broken.

The location is great: few museums, bars and shops nearby. The capsule was clean and comfortable.

the shared bathrooms were the most unclean I have ever seen. The capsule is tiny and there was no place to leave our luggage(1 carry on and 1 backpack). There are supposed to be lockers but the ones corresponding to our capsule were broken. We opted to loose the money and booked an alternative last minute accommodation (no refund or solution provided by booking).

The accommodation is close to the old town. That was the only thing I liked. Unfortunately, I can't write anything positive about it. It looks new in the pictures, but in reality it's depressing. It should be cleaner and more organized. The capsule door works awkwardly, the plastic elements move on it as if it were falling apart.

Decent location. Capsule: bed was hard as a rock, the capsule became so hot we had to open the door, and we could hear very loud vomiting from the bathroom all night. Dorm: no door to dorm so there was light and sound coming from reception until early morning, there was a dirty tissue on the bed upon arrival, it was unclear if the duvet cover or pillow had been cleaned, the privacy curtain was falling down to the point that it might as well have not been there, there was loud noise from the street all night, no temperature control in the room since there were no doors, and there was a TON of trash next to the bed. Overall: the lock on the gate was broken so there was 0 security and anyone off the street could walk straight into the sleeping areas and, as stated in other reviews, the address is not as listed.

Located near the center. Very helpful staff, they will always help with transport and always advise where to go and how best to get there. Administrator Dmitry, knows several languages, it is pleasant to communicate with him, I recommend calling, he will help in any situation A man lives in the hostel, judging by this, for a long time, who does not behave quite adequately, he can turn on the music loudly at night. responds aggressively to requests not to make noise.

Location! Location! Location! The staff are friendly. Free tea and coffee The mattresses were so old they were as thin as a yoga mat. We had to inflate our thermarests in order to sleep. The facilities were very run down and although cleaned once a day got dirty fast :(

Good location, nice people around, comfortable bed. Lobby is outside, when is cold or raining you have no place to stay beside your bed.
