Absolutely nothing! Nothing besides the location was good. It was just terrible from the time my friend walked in to the 15 minutes she walked out. I booked and paid on behalf of a friend. Please get the owner or manager to contact me immediately. I told the guest to vacate and request an immediate refund. Your establishment is a hell hole and I will be posting all the photos to booking.com. The bathrooms are filthy, the bedding looks as if it hasnt been changed and is full of holes and smells, the walls are dirty, the carpeting is disgusting. This is unfit for human occupancy.

The reception is a bar counter. Room was filthy, shower door not fully opening. No hot water to shower the next morning. Premises and facilities are dirty and unkept. The room smelt of cigarette smoke even though it's a non smoking room. No internet coverage in the outside rooms. The lapa area which serves as a kitchen area, was filthy and generally looked unhygienic. The place has a lot of potential, just extremely unkept

I loved how accommodating the staff was. I made a last minute booking and needed to be checked in earlier than the check in time. They were more than willing to accommodate me There was no hot water

The staff members were friendly and the room was clean. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the room had a weird smell when I walked in. I don’t like the fact that you have to check in at the bar.

You get what you paid for some places it's even R150 an hours so don't expect it to be a R450 nightstay . It's a good place you just looking for a place to stay and staff is friendly

The room was dirty ,seems like they don't clean after guests leave because I found empty boxes of tooth paste,toilet was dirty yeses,ohh let's talk about the bed every time I turn the bed cried mase unpleasant noise wasn't comfortable at all,the doors are difficult to lock ai that place need a serious renovation...

I like that when we had some complaints, the staff member tried to assist us with them. There was rust on the duvet, the tap couldn't close properly in the sink. At night when wanted to bath there was no hot water.
