Our room smelled like smoke. And the pool was ice cold so we couldn't enjoy it.

Staff was great. Close to the interstate. Very quiet. Parking was very good. Bed was comfortable.

Staff was nice. Rooms did not feel clean. Loose toilet seat. There was a car who’s alarm went off the entire night.

Hallways smelled musty and old, as well as the room. DirectTV had very poor viewing selections. Apple trees dropping apples so limited parking area by the door entries. Door #2 had issues with closing properly.

The room was clean but is outdated. The entire hotel needs an update. Breakfast was as usual.

Staff was absolutely amazing and breakfast was great. Bathroom did have some good mold on the ceiling but besides that everything was great.

Ez off exit and big room I asked for a room on first floor but it wasn't accommodated and it was late checkin so it was hard for me to go upstairs on a bad knee ..I wasn't happy that I asked ahead of time too, the beds are hard

The front desk clerk at check in was super nice. Soon as opened door to room strong odor of damp/moisture. Like there had been water damage. Tolerated first night, went to front desk see if the had different room..they gave us room on main level. Moved all stuff down that room was worse, shower moldy, a broom stick used to keep window locked. Asked to be returned to our original. The staff was great but rooms are a hard pass for me in the future. The pool had a layer of film on it and was cold. Not for the money would not stay again.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and eventually cleared up. Disappointed in both rooms we stayed in.

The room was clean and I was delighted that it had a tea/coffee maker that was placed on the desk area where I could reach easily instead of on a high TV cabinet as in other hotels. There were plenty of brochures and vending machines in the corridor. For the first time during our holiday, my daughter and I actually managed to find time for a swim in the pool - went in slowly which was a mistake, but once we got used to the temperature it was quite nice. The breakfast choices were sufficient for our needs with the usual scrambled eggs, sausages and biscuits. Toast, cereals, muffins, waffles and fruit as well as hot and cold drinks. We had no reason to use the laundry having done ours previously but the facilities looked okay. Plenty of parking spaces too.

Outside shabby looking, so inside room was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed our stay

Breakfast was very good.

If you could check what room we were in the toilet seat, was loose, and slid around, would be nice to have it tightened for other guests. No biggy, but annoying.

We only needed an overnight stay and our needs were very well met. We were traveling with out two poodles and the accommodations were very clean and pet friendly.
