Location is good. It's a very tiny room. The bathroom is horrible; there is not enough space for even bathing. There is no wardrobe, no chair for sitting, and it is good only for sleeping.

I can bet the uncle (the receptionist) experience well in hotel management.. There's nothing I can say.. All decent..

The towel ori is brown color, but got white and yellow color. Got spider web. Got use towel in the room. Pillow very soft like no pillow.

Booked for July 1st - 2nd via booking.com, did not managed to check in to the Guesthouse despite multiple calls to the contact person. Booking.com did not try to make necessary restitution for this case and simply says it is due to Guesthouse's policy hence I will not be able to receive a full refund for a room u booked and did not stay in. The room I get the wall like been peel off

Nothing we couldn't even check in cuz the door was lock, no one was at the counter and the pin code didn't work. We tried calling and no one answered too yk. We had to sleep at a hotel lobby because of this and we couldn't even get a refund. I LITERALLY SAID IT AND THEN I TEXTED THEM ON THE GOOGLE CHAT THEY LEFT ME ON SEEN. NOT EVEN A SORRY? THE WHOLE FAMILY SLEPT AT A HOTEL LOBBY BRO
