The room felt tiny and sad. The walls were scratched/miscolored and the lighting harsh. Bathroom is also tiny, and my partner needed to keep the door open in order to have space for his legs.

Great location. Super nice staff. Laundry machines. Lots of places to eat. Well connected to transportation. It’s a business hotel size room. So not a negative but be prepared for a small room. Perfect for solo who doesn’t have a lot of luggage.

My first hotel room after a month in Japan, very affordable stay. The rooms are small, and it can get noisy at night even on the 13th floor where I was. The tub is tiny too, but all in all I stayed with them two separate times because it was a sure thing with class.

We appreciated the locality, the hotel is very close to the central part, easily accessible by public transport. The area was quiet though. The room was rather small but it was as described. The staff was friendly. There was a lot of dust under the bed. But otherwise it was quite clean.

Super easy check in. Very clean. Very organized and free toiletries. Location is in a nice busy street, but not too close to the noisy area. Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It feels very nice and comfortable to stay here. The rooms are a little small, but the price is great so it doesn't matter.

The room was very clean and while simple it still felt adequate for my needs. The cleaning and housekeeping staff were very diligent and made sure my room was made up perfectly every time. The location was also really amazing. Check out was also very smooth. The front desk staff were quite unfriendly and the bathroom had either body wash or "rinse-in shampoo" which was quite limited compared to other similar business hotels I've stayed at.

The toilet was not super clean, but it was decent. However after the staff cleaned it again the day after it was perfect.
