The location was excellent, with many restaurants and dining options within walking distance. It was also very convenient for visiting Sakurajima, as the ferry terminal was nearby. We especially enjoyed the ochazuke breakfast, which was delicious and a great way to start the day. The room was a bit smaller than other hotels we have stayed in. While it was clean and functional, guests who prefer more space may find it somewhat compact.

Staff was very kind, helped us to fill in documentation for luggage transportation, rooms were pretty ok sixeable, good location and the hotel had washing machine + dryer on the spot Hotel was very outdated, pictures look better than the rooms, you can select breakfast only out of 4 options, and none of them were vegetarian, unfortunately. My husband likes sweet breakfast but there was no such selection. I tried fish breakfast option, which was pretty good, but I didn't enjoy rice, for me it was too sweet and fish had a lot of bones. I wish I could choose my own breakfast.

Although Room was tiny, it had all the amenities and an ocean/volcano view! I enjoyed the comfortable desk chair with ocean view to enjoy my tea, miso soup. Comfortable bed and bathroom with shower and tub. Breakfast for an extra 1600 yen wax amazing- delicious fish, rice with hot tea and toppers, salad, pickled vegetables and green tea. Also a coffee maker with self serve coffee. No onsen.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Overall value excellent. There were some minor issues with the room: small repairs needed, quite a bit of noise from the plumbing system, so we had some concerns about sleep, but it turned out all right.

Very clean and practical location to trams and walking distance to the ferry to the volcano. Friendly and always willing to help staff. Awesome japanese breakfast! So delicious!

Perfect location. Not to far from the stores and taxi stands. Staff was very polite and helpfull even though i hardly spoke any Japanese.

Laundromat dryer was not the best. Kind of hard to open your luggage in the room we had.

Location Standard business hotel. It was damp and dark, but it was raining when we stayed. Walls are a bit dirty.
