Staff was exceptional. Helpful and friendly. Made the family feel welcome.

We were in for the weekend for a funeral and thought this would be convenient. Cleanliness is not a strong suit for this property, from the parking lot being littered, to the smell of cannabis, the litter in the hallways, the stuff on the bathroom walls I would definitely not stay here again. Would not feel safe as a single female here either. The front desk staff were polite when talking with them I think maybe they have too much on their plate to keep up.

I reserved a room with two queen beds, but for the first night, I was forced to sleep on a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. It took multiple requests on the second day before we were moved to the correct room. Additionally, there was no daily cleaning, and we were required to pay an extra fee just to get clean towels. Had I known this in advance, I would not have booked here. As a Hotels.com customer of nearly 10 years, I’ve never experienced service this poor

People singing in the hallway all hours, people stomping above me, getting woke early cause of smoke in the hallway, front desk not friendly, bed very uncomfortable, guts drinking in the parking lot all hours

Filthy hallways and rooms, sparse outdated furniture, broken tub, walls beat up, pot smoke in elevator and hallways. If you’re looking for an economical $orn movie production, this place is for you.

They changed the name under my card and reservation and email and still charged me even though we didn’t get to stay

The room was kind of dirty. My feet were black from waking barefoot on the floor. Things just looked dingy.

My daughter and I stayed for 2 days and the hotel was good for the price. We weren't expecting greatness so we were happy with our choice. The lobby desk was closed when we checked out so we just left our key in the room which was not what I would have lliked to do. But we had no other choice.

Staff is disrespectful night shift until the morning totally disrespectful no people skills or customer service skills The staff don't know to accommodate guests

COMPLETE ASH TRAY OF A HOTEL. The entire complex smelled like an ash tray. had a no smoking room, and the air vent in the bathroom was pumping in what smelled like a pool hall, internet doesn't work. Roach poison all over the room the place is AWWWFUL!

The front desk employee, who I was told was the manager, was extremely rude. When someone finally brought us toilet paper, we pointed out the water on the kitchen floor. Instead of sending housekeeping to clean it up, we were told they would bring us a mop so we could do it ourselves. I couldn't believe they expected paying guests to mop their own room. We had also been told we couldn't check in early because they needed extra time to make sure the rooms were clean. Based on the condition of our room, that explanation made no sense. Unfortunately, we had no choice but to stay because our budget didn't allow us to find another hotel. This was, without question, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the service was terrible, and the manager's attitude made the experience even worse. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you're looking for a clean room and courteous staff, I suggest staying somewhere else.
