Best Western Plus Kalamazoo Suites

The location and the staff were nice. It was filthy. So filthy. Food stains on counters and cupboards in room. Pull out couch had garbage under it and used bedding still on it. The room felt greasy.

Upon arriving to the room we noticed that the floor at the entrance and bathroom were dirty. We called the front desk and they sent someone to mop the floor. The large sofa in the waiting area is stained.

Good place to stay.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

Breakfast ran out of milk and hash browns and sausage. Towels for the pool ran out and we're being washed. Room was clean, shower basin coating was coming off in a couple of spots but that wont hurt nothing. Just little specs. Staff were as helpful as they could be. Doesn't seem like management keeps them properly or adequately staffed or supported. Quiet location.

We were in town for one night only. The room was clean and the staff was cordial and helpful. We would stay again. The location was convenient to many things.

Hot tub was nice, pool was cold. Breakfast was nice hot choices. Suite was AMAZING

The location and grounds were excellent for our needs. In our opinions the bathrooms could use upgrades - better lighting and venting. And we noticed floor dirt/ dust/ debris the would go more than a day before being removed. Appreciated staff and breakfasts.

I would have provided much better reviews if the customer service representative z83(ollowed with a promise to fix the cable television. The clerk said he would arrive in 5 minutes. No staff member came to repair SMsin========== the as promised or even the following gg,d\\\\ -

Our one night stay was as expected except for lack of hot breakfast food.

Great Service!

Overall a great stay. Breakfast was good and well monitored. Pool in great shape. Parking well lit and marked. Minor things like lumpy pillows, older mattresses and fewer towels in the room kept this from being a 5 star review, so let's call it 4.5!

Great service, breakfast, hot tub and pool! Will stay there again!!
