Kind reception Overwhelming smoke odor in the room, broken A/C unit rusted out and dismantled with exposed wires, torn sheet, poorly maintained property.

Expedia is the problem. U sold me a booking and I paid extra for room protection. The property had no rooms available. Expedia should have pulled this room/property from ur site. I shouldn’t have to back track, call the property, call Expedia customer service to get a refund for a room u should not have marketed. U sell rooms without communication with property to make sure it’s available. This has happened to me 4x’s
